Just came back from the doc - he says I'm healing very well. And no, I'm now allowed to walk upright, exercise, or stress myself out.
I CAN however, go up stairs. Sloooooowly.
Improvement, absolutely.
Plus I feel decadent today. I got a Starbucks latte AND a California Pizza Kitchen salad for lunch.
