I need my morning cup although I did cut out the afternoon one.
Got to get my stenghth back though, I was at the gym yesterday and I took work to lift he weight I normally do and my biceps are sore today. I have to remind myself to take it slow.

From your mouth to gods ears Addy! It is supposed to rain here again today, and I am hoping that all this late rain means our Indian Summer will be longer and warmer this year. As long as it's warm-ish in May there - I will be a happy camper.

wexy, taking it slow is the right idea. Build your strengh back up and avoid over-doing it. Hopefully you'll have your old energy back soon!

Wexy - soreness is a good sign though! It means you are doing it correctly - unless that was just a lame line a trainer once gave me. Lol - DO take it easy though, you don't need a relapse.

It's true. Some soreness is good. When you lift weights you actually tear the muscles slightly and that's what makes them grow. So I've read. :P

I think the way the COTD thread goes, is just the way it's meant to be. There've been a couple other times I've been more, not sure if annoyed is quite the word I'm looking for, than in the past week. That's me, though. We're all members here, all celebrated in our own way.

Sorry you don't feel well, DD. I had a stomach reaction to something I ate last night, but it was short-lived and I feel fine today.

Happy Friday, smokers! I REALLY need this weekend. I haven't had a day off in two weeks.

Speaking of trips to NYC, I suppose I should start making reservations for later this month. It wouldn't do to be standing in Times Square, bag in hand, looking pitiful and homeless (but none-the-less cute).
