Had our forum party today at one of the parking lots at Yankee Stadium. We had about 30 people. One woman made this amazing strawberry spinach salad and the rest of the food was good as well..
And we sat in the bleachers and watched the Yankees spank the White Sox 14-3.

Lovely pics of wonderful vacation spots... I need to marry a very rich man who won't mind if I travel. :o)

And, I was hoping Addy was here. Saw "You, Me and Dupree" tonight (it's okay...) but there were Audrey Hepburn/Roman Holiday references and I immediately thought of her.

80 degrees at 11pm.

Cheese - did they show the one where Mrs. Beasley fell off the balcony? (I was devastated).

Leaving in the wee small hours tomorrow for NYC. See you all on Monday if not before. Addy has my cell#. I'll be at DRS's matinee tomorrow afternoon so no calling then....

Went to my cousin's pool today, and just as I go in, the sun disappears and it starts raining. Since it wasn't lightening, I stayed in for a bit, hoping the sun would come back out. That didn't happen til 5ish, though. I dozed off on the deck in a chair that killed my back for the rest of the night. Her and I went out for a nice dinner, then wound up at the waterfront in Perth Amboy around 11ish. Caught some nice fireworks that I think may have been in Staten Island. Pretty nice day. Hoping there's no rain in the forecast tomorrow, cause I really want to try the pool thing again.

our fundraiser was a bust... the bar forgot to make the jell-o shooters we were going to sell, and neglected to inform us. *sigh* Did I mention that we had to drive 34 miles to get there?

D2, I did survive dinner, The sole francaise rocked.
Now its back to Yankee Stadium with lots of sun block.
Going with this 6ft tall young woman who is the assistant of an ex-girlfriend. Should be interesting.

My friend from Friday is gonna be two sections with his family and sitting two in front of one of the Yankee forum woman who stopped speaking to me for no apparent reason, so of course I'll have to go over and say "Hi"
