Rath --- sorry I disappeared. I had to jump in the shower and get ready for another fine day at work.

I confess that I'm a total mess this morning. After a long, stressful day at the office yesterday, I came home, drank too much... then my honey gave me a tiny little sleeping pill last night, so I would actually sleep the night through for a change...

This morning I feel like Neely O'Hara (...a Valley of the Dolls reference, for those of you playing along).

I can't decide whether to drive to work or the Betty Ford Center. I just checked my emails and have a few fires to put out there, so I guess it's work.

(This was probably MUCH better suited for the "banal" thread, but since you're all here, and I need a collective shoulder to cry on...)

I also confess that I fell asleep before the Kennedy Center Honors even started. Sounds like I would have "gone there" after a few minutes anyway.

I confess my sister's boyfriend nearly walked in on me after my shower.

She really needs to keep him locked in the basement. Actually no scratch that, all my laundry is in the basement. He needs to stay at his own house.
