I'm supporting Brooke. I'm not a fan of Warren and I have friends who are voting for Lance just because he's gay and I'm not digging that.
clever name, thanks for Colby! Yes, that's who it was. I've never seen even 2 seconds of the show Survivor, but I looked him up and it was him. I must have seen him on some other shows. I noticed his resume has other things.

I hope Warren doesn't win for the vote to "show that big burly straight men can dance and not look gay".
I'm rooting for Lance because though Derek is a great dancer/choreographer, he really annoys me like his sister.
I thought Lance danced circles around Brooke and Warren in the Samba Smackdown in tonight's finale, but hip hop was a bad choice for the freestyle.
I thought all 3 couples were excellent in that opening number.
I was actually very surprised the judges gave a perfect score to Derek and Brooke's freestyle. I didn't think it was that perfect. Just very energetic.
We didn't like it at all, CATSNY! (But I rarely agree with the judges anyway.)
i did like Brooke and Derek's free style, however, it definitely is not one of the best on the show, in my opinion. I still like Drew Lachey and Cheryl Burke's better from season 2. Lacey and Lance definitely took a risk, and it was good, but not the best. Warren and Kym were good too, but I definitely see them in 3rd place. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it might end up being the fan bases that will do this. I have a feeling those who were voting for Cody based on him being on Hannah Montana will vote for Lance now because he was in NSync. That's just my speculation though.
I think all 3 were good last night. I didn't think Brooke and Derek were a 30 though.
Eh, at this point I don't really care who wins......LOL!
I agree. I haven't voted this season at all and have just been watching for the dancing. Sure, I had dancers I liked and hated, but nothing like they definitely have to win. I don't know, this season just seems like it was more boring than past ones.
I haven't voted either. I haven't really really liked anyone since Drew and Cheryl.
I agree that Drew and Cheryl set the standard for the freestyle. I watched last night's efforts longing to see their number again.
I think Brooke is the best dancer. Lance is good too but not quite as good as Brooke.
Warren, I think, has that certain charm and style personality -wise that is very entertainiing and endearing, but technically not quite on par with the others.
That said, I'd love it if he won! They're all great though and I love watching all of them.
I missed the beginning of the show, and only saw their freestyle routines. For me, Lance's routine paled in comparison to the others. Brooke's was remarkable, and Warren has a star power than Lance lacks.

Brooke's freestyle was very entertaining and she's a terrific dancer, but I think the judges went a bit over the top with the whole "the best freestyle on the show ever ever EVER" stuff. I think it's a matter of opinion. My favorite freestyle DWTS ever was Joey (Fatone) and Kim's jive!
I think Brooke is going to win it but I want Lance to win. Brooke is really good but if you really watch her she is too choppy. She hesitates before every move and doesn't flow. I am too picky I guess but she just wasn't that good.
Glad Brooke won. She was the best dancer. Lance coming in third is a shock. Warren must have more fans than I thought.
Yeah, I was a little shocked about Lance. I figured once Cody was out, all of his fans would be pulling for Lance. Guess I was wrong. Yeah, I think Brooke was the right choice out of the three. I'm not unhappy that she won, but I'm not jumping up and down in excitement. It's probably because from the start, she was the obvious choice. I loved the show better when it was tough to decide who won. Like in season 2, I was voting for Drew Lachey because I thought he was good, plus being a fan of 98 Degrees helped with that. However, I also would not have been too upset if Stacey Keibler or Jerry Rice won. There was none of that this season.
I still can't believe that this show lasted 2 hours, for the last 40 minutes or so. I actually almost forgot that Alicia Keyes performed in the beginning. It was fun to see the other contestants who were voted off though. And I really cannot believe what people let slide for television. First, Bruno was wearing a white jacket over a white shirt. White is one of the most horrible colors to begin with because it's so bright, and you have to white balance the cameras. His shirt just came off obnoxiously bright. And in Miley Cyrus' performance, she had all those ridiculous strobe lights. I guess someone was aiming to break all the cameras tonight.
So here's MY big turn-around. Lance and Lacey just annoyed me to no end...in the beginning. By tonight, I thought they were the most original, outside-the-box risk takers, and I totally "got" them. Especially after they showed the composite of them all through the competition. I finally understood what SHE was trying to do with him, and I think it was brilliant. They were just so "different." I respect that.
However, I also thought Warren was great because he, too, brought a quality to the show that has never been present. Just his being a competitor--and getting all the way to the top--is "different"! So I applaud him and Kym for taking chances and allowing a HUGE 300+ man to do his "Saturday Night Fever" on national TV and have people on their feet, going wild...and not because it was "bad"! Good for them!
I think Brooke and Derek were the "safest." I didn't see "growth" or "stretching." I saw a consistently stable technical performance all the way through the competition. I'm not unhappy that she won, but I just didn't find her dancing "exciting" the way I did with the other two.
Can't wait until March!
It says something about this season that I was more interested in the Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion than finding out who won.
That being said, I was glad Brooke won. I liked all 3 of the final 3, but I think she deserved to win it.
I hope they have another contestant like Warren on. I found it refreshing to see someone who was just as entertaining without being as technically good as the others.

By the way, does anyone here actually believe that Derek Hough is straight?
"I found it refreshing to see someone who was just as entertaining without being as technically good as the others."
I think there is always someone cast in that role.
What a snoozefest of a show! Two hours? I am amazed that Alicia Keys went on in the first hour, and Miley Cyrus got the good timeslot...that girl has power (no idea if she has talent, I fast forwarded through both perfs.) Thank god for tivo! I cant watch this show without it!
Miss Pennywise, I am in total agreement with your rundown - couldn't have stated it any different!
doodle-I had to admit that I was loving Miley Cyrus's performance! I'm shocked at myself!
