I agree having to watch it twice even if my subtitles were on the bottom. : ) I am loving all of the hairy queens.

It was a messy lip-sync that I really need to watch it again. Same with first episode first time read the subtitles and second time look more at the detail of costumes and such.
First two episodes I thought Sederginne was going to each challenge.
Overall they are all pretty much top notched queens.

Very much Dina Martina. I was trying to think who she reminded me of.
Also I really don't think the show needs the pre recorded stuff from Ru. I think Fred can hold his own.

Agreed, Thailand did it a lot better. Ru only appears as her music and then like ONE video message at the end of Season 2.Plus it's just the best iteration of the show in all regards...

I've gotten into both in the past week! I got over the subtitle thing and I'm into both of them. I'm still confused as to who is who and all that, but very entertaining. I love Fred! And I like the 2 judge format on Thailand. If you watch the "Follow Her" series on Wow+ they take the judges to LA Drag Con and I'm not convinced Ru knows who they are, ha.

I am hoping one of these weeks Sederginne will have a win. This is the first week the subtitles didn't distract me too much. I do think quite a few things were not translated well though.

in the first episode when they showed her age I thought it was a mistake when it said 26. Even out of drag she reads older. And that also isn't a read. :)

I thought the Queen of Hearts look on the first episode was excellent but agree that her looks the last two episodes haven't been great. I've seen some bearded queens in my life that are incredible, but she's not quite up to that level. That being said, I don't think she deserved to be in the bottom 2 this week since she was better in the challenge than the other 2 and her look was no worse than theirs (Megan's look was HORRIBLE).

The first couple of minutes Sederginne and Abby OMG was really an OMG. :) Sederginne knows how to read a queen.

Envy Peru is giving me Rita Baga 2.0 vibes. She's fine but I don't think she's been deserving of all these wins. I believe that her breakdown during the naked mini challenge played into it. Her character in the Snatch Game seemed pretty simple. Just do a weird thing with your tongue.
ChelseaBoy had to speak English the whole time (with an accent) and he had everyone rolling. I liked the different take on the split personalities (which then changed to half man/half woman). I don't think the subtitles were completely accurate because I could have sworn I heard him say Mystique and totally got an X-Men vibe in what he was doing.
Side note: I liked the results of this naked photo challenge MUCH more than season 3.

I thought the tall one s- Mamma Queen? - should have gone home, but I think her explanation of her outfit really saved her. I was sad to see Sederginne go home, but I'll admit Abby wasn't awful.

While I really enjoyed the makeovers of this challenge I thought it was extremely unfair. How can someone who is given a cis-man be expected to produce the same results as another person given a cis-man? I think Abby was given an especially generous gift having her younger brother that already resembled her. Ma'Ma Queen's dad was so nice to watch and hear all of the really complimentary and open-minded things he was saying.
It was sad to see ChelseaBoy leave but the judges were right in expecting a little more than a bad Mars Attacks imitation. Janey had a great resemblance to her mom (obviously) but the drag was a let down.
