Maybe they should have waited that long to put MJ on trial.
Finally, someone gets what they desrve.
From CNN.com:
"In a 1967 federal trial an all-white jury deadlocked 11-1 in favor of convicting Killen. The lone holdout said she could not vote to convict a preacher."
*hits head against wall*
this is incorrect....he's been convicted of MANSLAUTER, NOT MURDER as it should have been. he will live....and that truly sucks
It is better that he live. He will be put into jail with all races - he will be having a lovely old time in jail.
No, it doesn't suck, Elphaba. He has to go to prison now. And hopefully, the end of his life won't be simple. Despite justice finally being served, this is nothing but small comfort to the families of the victims.
He would die before they got around to executing him anyway - he'll still be miserable for the rest of the life he has left. Just wish this could have happened long, long ago.
Now, you KNOW he'll find God in jail....
Don't they always?
I know I did. At least that's who he said he was.
I can't look at the jive-butt Six Flags old man the same anymore. Anyone else creeped out by the similarity?
He got what he deserved...
with that name? it's a wonder.

He got 60 years -- 3 consecutive 20 year terms which is the maximum under the law.
He'd be 140.
At least he'll rot in jail.
