Not too many. I've met Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes, Robert Plant, all 3 guys from the Stray Cats and Charlie Sheen. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Lots, only because I worked in a Manhattan hotel while I was in college. The hotel did dozens of press junkets.

Depends how famous we're talking. I'll go with some of my favorites...
Frank Langella
Julianne Moore
Stephen Sondheim
James Gandolfini (on the N train, actually!)
Lauren Graham
Elaine Stritch
Phyllis Newman
Polly Bergen
and my all-time favorite...
the late, great Lanford Wilson who made me tea in his beautiful Hamptons garden as we talked about the butterflies in BURN THIS.
I'm sure there are many I'm forgetting.

Only one that lasted more than 5 seconds was Sara Ramirez.
The rest were stage doors or a meet and greet I won, which was only a signature of something I brought & pictures of them.

"Meet" can be such an interpretive word. Do you mean be in the same room with? Stage door? Work with? Pass by on the street? Have a conversation with?
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I was in the same room with Tobey Ticklebritches when he came to perform at my school way back in the day. Is he famous? I don't know.

A lot. But I would have to say the most memorable was when I was a kid and my best friend's grandfather was a sports writer for the Phila. Bulletin. He took the two of us to Muhammad Ali's home in Cherry Hill, NJ. Not only did I get to spend time with him at his home, he took us for a ride in his new Rolls Royce. And he drove!

Oh god, between house managing a theater and the company I kept years ago, I met everyone. It doesn't excite me though, with the exception of two people-David Bowie and Jack Nicholson. the rest, so what. Even knowing Madonna. So.

i lived in the HOllywood area for about 6 years so I always saw famous people and never felt comfortable talking to them... then i finally did... he was pretty much not so welcoming and nice (and I approached him at Amoeba Music so it wasn't in some awkward place... he was alone just browsing the CDs)... decided i would never do it again... now it just doesn't excite me so much... they are just regular people with tons of money and ridiculous "rich white people" problems (as my friends and I like to say at times)... hahaha!

Oh, so many:
Sylvester Stallone
Dolly Parton
Robert Morley
Joe Frasier (This was crazy!)
Betty Buckley
Matthew Broderick
Susan Sarandon
And then all the b'way actors that my path has crossed -- far too numerous to list.

The only ones I'll ever really brag about (cause I generally think meeting famous people is not all that interesting) are President and then-Senator Clinton. And it wasn't meeting and speaking with them, so much, as it was performing a play for them. It was a tiny, 60-seat house in the West Village, and I was playing Einstein in Picasso at the Lapin Agile. I think the only two people watching the stage were the President and the Senator. Everyone else was watching them watching us.

For me - too, too, too, too, too many to list.
But, singing with Sir Paul McCartney is worthy of a mention.
(ok, it was seriously cool...)

And the best part - he was the nicest man!
SO funny and inspiring and he'd spend lots of time with us during and in-between rehearsals.
