WHERE IS THE WARRANT??? How many days before this happens? Cybersex? Isn't that endangerment of a child or something? What part of this isn’t illegal? He is getting special treatment, and the media (CNN) is being extremely careful with this story.
Shouldn’t he be under 24/hour surveillance? Isn’t he a risk to himself and others, not to mention a flight risk?

Well, he did try to get them all back to his place to get drunk. So yeah, he's a pretty dirty boy.
Did anyone see the video clip (at the Macbeth website) of Katherine Harris saying Republicans didn't know but that evil media elite and Democrats surely did and sat on it until they could use it? Classic.
Also, Republican pundits and bloggers everywhere are trying to spin this issue into somehow relating to the 1983 page scandal, where Congress censured two congressmen but the Democrat stayed and the Republican lost.
They seem unable (or rather unwilling) to acknowledge they were different circumstances and neither of the original Congressmen resigned. The PEOPLE chose to re-elect the Democrat and lose the Republican. So they can whine about a double standard all they want but it's one of their own choosing.

It seems most of the media knew about this for months. No one seems to be doing any real investigating. This apparently isn't as important as Natalie Holloway or OJ. Has anyone contacted Foley's orthodontists yet?
I think this particular scandal is a good example of how our media works as tool for whichever political party or agenda they are selling. For once, they have a real story, something that indisputably requires an investigation. There are children involved after all.
All we are getting is sound bites from Washington and ABC leaking evidence. Something is not right here. Why does ABC keeps leaking evidence?

I totally agree that this was a disgustingly orchestrated attempt by the democrats to sabotage the right. This news and evidence should have been presented the day it was uncovered. ABC is leaking details out, as it feels necessary. This time they have sunken to an all time low. Shame on them. Something like this will only hurt and divide the party. This could set back progress made for homosexuals as Foley tries to use it as a defense. Their manipulations and apparent disregard for children and the law IS criminal.
Two wrongs don't make a right. This country makes me sick. If my grandfather were alive today, I can only imagine what he would say about the government he loved so much. Is there no good left in our government? Is there ANYONE I should be looking up to? Things are pretty damn bad when I have to look up to Hugo Chavez. At least he stands up for what’s right.
