I LOVE it. SO campy. Loves it.
Anyone else dying during the PUSH IT part??
I hope it does well with ratings. Can't wait to find out.
Good God, Jane Lynch can do no wrong.

I laughed up a storm tonight. Pretty cheese/camp-tastic but I love it!
The banisters were made by Ecuadorian children!
Jane Lynch is comic perfection.
"My first thought was that your students should be put into foster care".
I thought I was gonna pee.
O... M... G... LOOOOVED it!
Mercedes is my hero <3
I loved the music video style way Lea sang her song at the end.
You look like a technicolor zebra.
I died during Push It. It was one of those moments where I wanted to shield my eyes for them, but just couldn't. Too funny.
Pacing is still moving a little fast and scattered which I thinks hurts the plot a bit, but I'm liking it. I am probably one of those fan girl spoken about (well more for Matt then the show in general) and will keep watching it, but am realistic and am worried how it will go over with the general public. We shall see.
Matt + bathtub = happy tink
What a major disappointment. The pilot was much better. Enjoy it while you can. It's not going to last long.
I liked it, which means it's probably going to get cancelled. I was laughing as well during "Push It." And it really frightens me how much Rachel is like the girl I knew in high school, down to the talking.
And, is it just me, or does Lea Michele look like she could pass for Idina Menzel's sister or someone like that? I have no idea why, but I kept thinking that when looking at her. And no, I'm not a fangirl for either of them. I never even saw Spring Awakening.
I thought it was hysterical. "That was the most offensive performance I have ever seen including an elementary school production of Hair." (Which was followed by Allison Case's Mac commercial. Kudos marketing gods.

Not a good episode. Characters are one dimensional and need better story lines. This sucked like the later seasons of "Fame".
"Push It" was not good enough of a production number. It fell really flat.
This is going to get canceled this season unless they bring up the quality of the show.
The ratings will be great, I'm sure.
It was poorly written, poorly directed, and ridiculously cheesy.
But I enjoyed it from campy beginning to campy end.
I really don't think it is going to get cancelled. At least not this season. Tons of people in my school that have NOTHING to do with musicals and theatre have their statuses about it on Facebook and they all said they loved it.
Yes, generally networks are mostly interested in the ratings that a show brings in. So, if you have the crappiest show on earth, but it is the highest rated show, they'll keep it. I'm sure that's the reason a show like 7th Heaven survived 11 seasons, and something like Pushing Daisies got cancelled so soon.
I just downloaded Lea's song at the end. Kind of hits home for me right now, so I really enjoyed it.
I'm with whoever said it'll be cancelled because I like it. It's rare a show I like doesn't get cancelled so we'll see....
This is the last pic in the AfterElton.com interview.
Nice chest hair, Mr. M.
Very nice indeed. Thank you for not waxing, Mr. Morrison.
I much prefer his subtle & thinner chest hair.
It was the number one trending topic on Twitter and I had my Facebook news feed SPAMMED to the max with people (some affiliated with theater, some not) declaring their love for it.
We'll see. I think it'll be a hit.
It has the potential to be a really good show but tonight's episode was a mess. The direction, the pacing, the writing, the storylines... all off. Just because something is bad doesn't make it camp. The ratings will probably be very good coming off the hype of the pilot, but if it doesn't improve the ratings will soon tumble. I'll continue to watch for the next couple of weeks before giving up on it completely.
OK, did I miss the discussion, or has no one mentioned the early scene where the teacher tells Lea's character that in a few years she'll benefit from not having a gag reflex?
I laughed SO HARD at that line, madbrian, along with the "So you like to throw up?" pamphlet.
