She's claiming it's due to hip surgery. Are we sure this has nothing to do with poor ticket sales? Sounds alot like when Britney "hurt" her knee and cancelled the rest of hers.
sounds fishy. Did she just take a fall recently and break a hip? Or does she have hip problems and purposely scheduled surgery for during the tour? hmmmmm
I saw a few weeks in Los Angeles and she really doesn't dance. However, she was incredible, so much energy and such great vocals.

She says she injured herself a month ago but pushed through it, as people around here demand Broadway professionals do. She says the injury got worse as a result of ignoring the problem.
She's not a dancer and isn't trained. She probably did something stupid and hurt herself. The way she screams and flails herself around Im surprised she hasn't destroyed her voice or body sooner.
The tour was getting a lukewarm reception in North America.
Maureen Moore is her standby.
Stockardfan, I'm a year older than her and this past November I had hip surgery for the exact same injury (torn labrum).
All I heard was she is postponing 4 shows to later days. Where did you read that she is CANCELING the rest of her tour dates (which include 2 days @ MSG & 2 days @ Barclay)?
I liked her Express Yourself/Born This Way/She's Not Me in MDNA tour.
No, but Gaga is canceling her tour not because of Madonna but in spite of her, is what I meant to say.
Well, if Gaga is canceling then I get $100 back. Also you can find so many of her shows from this tour on YouTube anyway.
"edit"
I just checked TicketMaster site. 2 days @ MSG is canceled but not the days @ Barclays so I won't get my $ back yet...

Love her concert the first time I went.
Second concert with a bunch of friends I just enjoyed her.
Doubt I would go a third time but even the second time I saw Gaga was a million times better than when I saw Madonna in concert plus I didn't have to wait two hours for her to grace us with her presence. Would never go back to Madonna even if it was free even though I enjoy her music.
Really? Do we think she cancelled her concerts because of poor ticket sales. I sincerely doubt that is the case.
I wish her well with her recovery.

Oh I don't. She made a big mistake dragging this big expensive show all around the world a couple of times. She should never have tried to bring the Born this Way version to the US such a long time after the album was released. She should have given the market a rest when you consider she brought the Monster Ball show around the country twice. Instead, she acted like she was the Ramones, being on perpetual tour, but it's not economically feasible to do that with a big budget arena production,
By "injury" does she mean poor ticket sales and lack of talent/ideas?

No, she probably means "injury" and poor ticket sales.
Her dress made out of mosquitoes backfired on her.
Well it was better than Ke$ha's dress made out of syphilis and diarrhea.

At least homegirl sings live ...
If this were Beyonce, I bet people would be praying for a speedy recovery, not insulting, insinuating, and speculating ...
Ah, yes ...
