I think we will....if Howard,Rollins, Utley, and Burrell get hot and Victorino stays hot there will be mno stopping us...we must control Upton. Their pitching is good, but so is ours. If Hamels and Meyers do what they did the last 2 series we should be good.

Three wins away!!!! I am also tired but I watched at home. I am going out to watch on Saturday(Chickie and Pete's) My brother is going to Saturdays game. He has seats right behind dugout (bastard,j/k). I wish I had enough money last winter to get partial season tickets like him so for post season tickets he doesn't have to pay crazy prices for tickets...Stubhub has standing room tickets going for $250...he only paid $130 for his ticket.

I hope that Rollin's, Howard's, and Burrell's bats come alive tonight. Seriously 9 runners left on base...not cool...imagine if they were hitting what the score might have been. I hope they change the DH tonight

Violet, I was planning on going to Chickie and Pete's on Saturday but the show I'm in just added an emergency rehearsal! Have fun, I bet it'll be a lot of fun! (And yes, McFaddens was crazy haha)

Sorry you have rehearsal. It should be wild.

I have state championships for Marching Band on Sunday so I might miss watching that game. We go on at 5:40 and awards are at 10:40pm. We might have a bus full of kids going home so I am going to volunteer to chaperone that bus so I can go watch the game.

I am cheering them on here in Denver!! Cool to have my real hometown in the series this year and my new home town in it last year!! Go Phillies!! That town will go CrAzY if they win! Wish I could be there.

So the home plate umpire was on the take? He lets someone who struck out take a base, then when our guy gets hit with a ball, he doesn't!!!!??????

They need to get it together. It looks like Howard is starting to get his swing back...now hopefully Rollins and Burrell will follow. When they have that huge right shift going on I really wish that Chase would lay down a bunt down the left side. Also why weren't we bunting to advance the runners?

Now the umpire was seriously on crack or something. The score should have been 3 to 2 because when you strike out you strike out...it was such horse sh*t.The next hitter popped up and that would have been the third out, but it turned out to be the second and then the next guy up hits a single...horse sh*t and Jimmy obviously got hit

Anyway they have to start playing better. Hopefully they will now that they are coming home and leaving the crap hole that is the Tropicana field. Seriously I thought the Vet was bad until I saw that field(the lighting is so unnatural). Why don't they have a retractable roof??? They are in Florida not Detriot...are they in for a rude awakening when they get to Philly and feel how cold it is.
