There was one I think it was a DRS review that mentioned they thought he either looked liked him or reminded them of him. At this point, I like to not think so, haven't liked him much since Passion of the Christ, realized I don't think I like him much at all, def arrogant. And South Park's "Passion of the Jew" which portrayed him as a really scary idiot, can't view him same at all. Greg's much better on all accounts.

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

In & Out is on right now and I can't watch Greg's scene due to lack of TV due to moving into my moms new house and the TV isn't hooked up yet. re: Greg Jbara Discussion - Please NO SPAM.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR HIS CAROLS FOR A CURE DUET!

*sigh* i LOVE christmas! i love everything about it; the meaning, the giving, the kindness, the love--and his duet will just make it merrier!

plus, Rachel de Benedet is awesome. i love her. and she's gorgeous. :)

I assume it is unlikly but I figured I'd throw it out for Barb to give definitive answer on. Is there ANY CHANCE Greg can replace John on Jan 8th, at least for a short time?

(I know they want someone big, and would probably go with the standby/understudy until they got someone, but I really want to see Greg play Lawrence.)

I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

Thanks, Barb. It is actually exciting to me that the producers even considered doing it. I love Greg as Andre anyway, I went on Wednesday with a friend who was seeing his first broadway show and he loved it, and Greg was his favorite!

Oh wow, the producers really brought it up? That would be really great to see.. but I understand about the need to have a name. Without one.. I'm afraid of what will happen to the show. Its such a great show, I would hate to see it close. re: Greg Jbara Discussion - Please NO SPAM

SSHHHHH!!! DON'T SAY THE "C-WORD!!" this show will stay open forever!!! Greg can not leave. lol. I like him too much as Andre to see him as Lawrence, but it'd be cool just to see him do it.

he said that he renewed his contract. Is that binding him to his 'Andre' part or just for the show and play any part, including Muriel? lol. That would be funny.

Greg is so gosh-darn sweet, he's great. <3

Hmm Greg playing Lawrence...interesting. Granted, I haven't even seen the show (the curse of being a poor college student), but that could be interesting. He does seem to enjoy playing Andre though (from how he acts on his webcam days --- which I watch religiously).

And speaking of the webcam, did anyone see him showing off his boxer briefs (or whatever they were) recently (maybe this past Wed)? I thought that was amusing, I giggled a bit.

and you know what is the saddest thing in it Jamie? That is true.

My example: I was wondering what John did, I was searching and I found the musical in January. I didn't know anyone else but Greg's, Joanna's and Norbert's name seemed familiar.
And then when I saw some pictures I realised who they were: "Yes, this is the man from In&Out and Victor/Victoria, and this is the woman who I saw in a series with Bette Middler two month ago and she was awesome in it" and when I heard Norbert's voice I relised that he was Fiyero in Wicked. And then I still didn't know anything about Sherie (since then I have my L5Y cd of course). re: Greg Jbara Discussion - Please NO SPAM

So, it is sad but it's true!
Don't kill me...

Dre, sorry, but you're mistaken about Greg already having renewed his contract. He WILL be renegotiating, but it has not yet happened.

Just wanted to set the record straight.

So it will be a "nervous" October for all of us till the news come.
Well one thing is for sure, I hope the thread will remain even if something "bad" happens...

And thanks Jamie...but we are now real Greg-fans too. He was the first actor to whom a made a Birthday present. re: Greg Jbara Discussion - Please NO SPAM

Ditto for the 1st present for an actor. Glad he liked it (I knitted a scarf and sent pencils lol).

I hope Greg is around long enough for me to earn money to go to NY (I'd like to by January, but I may have to wait til spring break or longer).

i see someone mentioned friends already, i figured out he was in that right after i saw DRS, so i was very upset that he was in the 10th season and that wasn't out on DVD(since i do own all the seasons) but then i remembered that he had one seen in the flashback episode before the series finale, so i watched that and it made me VERY happy

so if you haven't gotten it from this post, i am a big greg jbara fan(my myspace pic is of me and him!)
