Dame - The thing is after 2006 (I think) - I really was never on here.....or I would do a "Drive-by" and just catchup and leave...

I felt that the boards had become so enormous and less intimate...

I must have missed a lot...

Was that before or after your come to Jesus post in which you went on and on about how you made crap up, started arguments for the sake of it, and posted things you didn't really believe just to get a reaction? It's funny now watching you reminisce about the place being intimate because back in that one fleeting moment you revealed how you had never been a particularly good "citizen" of Broadwayworld and, in fact, didn't understand why people seemed to put such a premium on honesty. You were a troll. And you're still a troll. But now you're a troll pretending you were a productive part of something you regularly dismissed, but have now decided were the golden years. You say you've changed but all you do is put down the theater. That's fine, but there must be a Ribbon Clerk Board where you can post complaints about theater barbarians and pretend you're a member of a ballet company, isn't there?

Jordan - Believe me Corine was far more entertaining than I could ever hope to be.

I just heard, some poor soul tried to help her be a "writer" and spent hours trying to help her only to discover that she was "mad" - I mean "gone" - "nuts"...which bothered him no end as he thought he knew everything about everyone...oh - it was something - people are still pm texting about it.. it seems...

It was quite a story..

No, you didn't just hear. You quoted my post about it. My post that I posted. In a post. And I did it to give a little bit of my back history of Corine conflicts. Because, like you Anthony, there was the public presentation, and then there was the reality behind the facade. The crazy eyed facade.

The fact of the matter is, I did try to help someone. That must be an impulse you can never comprehend.

I may be getting confused - but wasn't Corine claiming poverty and at the same time buying an Avenue Q Bad Idea Bears at fundraiser?

I also remember some shenanigans with a broken ankle/leg?

I honestly tried to black out some of those stories. If her behavior/attitude was sincere, I thought she needed help - if it was a ploy, well, she also needed help.

@Dollypop; I think you are seeing things in a lousy way. The young posters will never learn unless we pass our wisdom down. We must re tell these war stories so that they are remembered and further generations can learn from past mistakes.

This thread is delightful! It's really special to read about the history of BWW from those who actually made it. I can only hope that one day I'll have as many delicious memories as you guys have and that the board and all of you will still be here to discuss them.
