I'm just pretty much repeating everyone else, but...
Mais- I saw that on FB and wanted to tell you...WOWZA CHICA! Beautiful picture. And tell Noah he's a great photographer!
Tofu- LMAO
Kels- I think it's awesome that you'll ask what's happening. I've always been such a wimp when it comes to that stuff.
Awww, Maisie....that is a really lovely pic.
OK I have an embarrassing confession: I am in love with Tori & Dean on Oxygen. I really think I could be Tori Spelling's best friend. They are both so adorable, and their kids are so cute. I love that freaking show.
Mock me if you will...
I've never watched their show so I can't judge. But I do wish she wouldn't dye her hair so light.
Maisie, you are so gorgeous! And Noah's a great photographer, too, of course!
Last night in the shower, I came up with a song about sandwiches to the tune of "The Impossible Dream". And I grabbed a towel and ran and got my notebook and wrote it down, and sang it, even though it was after midnight. I was WAAAY too excited about a stupid sandwich-related song. 0_0
LOL Schmerg! That reminds me of the time when my sister and I were really young, we made up a song about squirrels. We were strange kids.
Ha, when my best friend and I were on a car trip to the zoo in fourth grade, we wrote a song about a moose with a tumor. And we still sing that song all the time when we're bored. It was like,
"Once upon a time there was a moose named Fred (Moose named Fred)
Now Fred had a very large lump on his head
Fred had a lump on his head
The lump on Fred's head was named Ed
Fred's doctor told him if he still had the lump in a couple of years he'd be deeee-aaaaad
As dead as a doornail, as dead as a dead thing, as dead as a dormouse
As dead as dead can be
(Dead can't be very dead can it? Oh... yes, it can)
So Fred took a medicine that took away the lump
So Fred wasn't dead, but he no longer had Ed
Then Fred met a camel with a hump that slumped (Hump that slumped)
And his name was Forrest Gump
Good camel, nice camel, nice Forrest Gump."
Wow, that's actually a complete song. All my sister and I got was:
"Squirrels. Squirrels.
That's what I'm afraid of, that's what I'm afraid of."
It actually had a really catchy tune though LOL
Wow, Schmerg! That's quite a song!
Has anyone seen a production of Henry and Ramona? My brother was in it (he used to do theatre LONG ago, that's how I got into it) and there was some kind of owl statue involved. The boys backstage named the owl Spanky (oh, preteen boys) and my cousin, brother, and I made up a RAP about him.
"Spanky was an owl who lived in Henry's clubhouse (beat boxing)"
I barely remember it. I also recall the line-
"He came from Mrs. Peabody's...RUMMAGE SALE!"
OHMYGOD.
My friend sent me this e-mail about a company that hires interns and it's like the most amazing thing. It's a company that helps to get public school kids to live broadway shows for a price their families can afford. I don't know what to do with myself right now -- just the thought of working there makes me so giddy.
I'm not sure if I should call or e-mail them because the only email i'm finding on the website is that which the public schools request tickets for.

I never knew I was in the company of such talented lyricists! Keep 'em coming!
Haha, I love the thing about Spanky the owl... yeah, that Fred the moose song sounds really morbid now that I look back on it. But I guess it was during that phase when I thought anything dying was hilarious. And whenever I get in a bad mood, my friend's always like, "Good camel... nice camel... nice Forrest Gump!"
Where'd the Crispy Bread Dance go? Where are my boys?!
I can't BELIEVE they deleted that thread!!! Jesus, they are on a thread-deleting TEAR lately.....Better watch what we say. shhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I guess it serves me right for looking at videos of naked men at work.
WOOOO! The naked boys are back in the office!
Number three is not as skilled as the others
LOL, that's the message I put up right before the thread was zapped. What prudes they are!
OK, that was sort of disturbing.....
hahahah!
Quick! Has anyone seen The Pianist? I'm halfway through, not *massively* loving it (because it's depressing rather than because it's not very good), and Ed Stoppard (Henryk, the brother; aka Reason I Am Watching Film In First Place) appears to have toddled off for good this time. Worth sticking it back on, or chalk it up to something-or-other and go to bed?
Isn't it like 11:20 there? Go to bed! (Who am I kidding I'm never in bed at 11:20)
Sorry Weezy, I've never seen it.
I loved the Pianist, but I only saw it once. It's not exactly something you want to watch over and over.
The end is really powerful, though, and Adrien Brody is amazing.

Weez, I've seen The Pianist and it really shook me, but in a good way. The only thing that was REALLY horrible was the fact that I followed it up with Schindler's List. Bad idea. The little girl in the red coat always makes me start balling. Yes I Tofu, am a very sensitive being. *sniffle*
