Is it wrong that I find Jailbait Harry slightly more disturbing than Gollum Flynn-Boyle?? That speaks volumes, my friend.
I was already wondering whether to turn myself in to the cops when I was finding Robert Pattison/Cedric Diggory a hottie. Now you're freaking me out!
*off to wash unmarked, windowless van and restock the glove compartment with candy*
FINE, I'm changing it back to Gollum Flynn-Boyle. You're cracking MY sh!t up now!
Eeek! What have I gotten myself into??? At least Gollum Flynn-Boyle is better than when Ellie would torture me with Celine pix (love ya, Ellie, wherever you are!). You need to have Pat work some magic and come up with some superimposed picture with Jailbait Harry and Gollum Flynn-Boyle! Now that would be disturbing. *shudder*
OMG...On the news: "How do you know when a child molester has moved into your neighborhood? Tomorrow at 6." Just a hint, fellas, but you might want to check for internet pix of Jailbait Harry. Screams pedophile! Of course the unmarked, windowless van, with restocked glove compartment is also a bit of a dead give-away.
Man these posts are Just. So. Wrong.
*sneaks off*
You didn't tell anyone about my real gender or age, did you?
Are you happy with the av now? Huh? HUH?
The age of consent in the UK is 16.
*whew*
Ahhh, even more frightening than I remember. Dusting of an oldie but a goodie! Good to see the old gal...er...freakified hobbit back!
Okay, just to be clear, I find him CUTE. I wouldn't want to sleep with him. I nearly covered my eyes when I saw GOF because I went, "I can't! Look! At! Harry Potter! This! Way!" But he's so adorable.
You asked for it, Nic! Mwahahaha!!
Danny Boy is kind of cute, but there was something hideously wrong about that picture. It was...super-creepy! No other words to describe it.
That whole scene had a "creepy" quality.
I really did have to cover my eyes.
And then you peeked through your fingers. Come on now, you're not fooling anyone here, Tiff!
Okay, I DID, but then he had to move the bubbles over his lap, and I clamped my fingers back together again.
Wait a gosh darn minute here. Bubbles...over his lap???
WHA'???? (As you can tell, I never used one of my AMC passes for GOF...they lost me after the 2nd one, sorry). Was this as freakishly obscene as it sounds?
Pretty much yes.
The third and fourth movies have been FAR better than the first and second (to me at least)
not even in the same league.
I suppose some day I'll have to get around to renting the DVDs. Not to mention reading the books...Sssshhhh!!!
You haven't even READ THE BOOKS?
No wonder you hated the movies! The first two are nearly unwatchable! (Aside from Jason as Lucius in HP2.)
Read them.
Read them.
And don't just say you're going to - actually DO IT!
I know, I know. I wasn't on the HP bandwagon when they first came out, then once it was up to books 3 or 4 (having seen and not been overly impressed with the first two movies) I wasn't particularly motivated to get out there and delve into those massive tomes! One of these days, I'll get around to it. Promise!
I'm ignoring you until you've at least PICKED UP the first one. Trust me - they're so much better than the movies.
(And this is coming from someone who liked the LOTR movies but hated the books. So I swear I'm not a nerd, and I don't like fantasy books. But these are on a whole other level.)
The movies do no service to the books at all!
I did not get into it to start either, but the books are SO much better that is totally the way to go. The huge ones are not long enough (well 5 is in, but 4 and 6 could go on)
Totally. I hope HP7 is just as big as 5. (Not because I want it to be verbose, but because I don't want it to end!)
And I'm someone who joined the HP bandwagon late too (I think just shortly after HP4 was released) - I resisted because I normally don't go along with hyped up things. But really, I'm so glad I did. The books are cleverly written, have multi-dimensional, endearing, and relatable characters, and are full of suspense and heart.
Oh alright, alright. Sometime after graduation. I can't go delving into 600 page books when I've got oodles of reading that I already have to do.
Please don't ignore me until June, Tiff! *bats eyes* Hell, you wouldn't last a week without me and my classic wit and charm and you know it!
*spits out water and laughs maliciously* Oh, really?
Okay, FINE, I won't ignore you. But pick up the first one this month! It's available in paperback and I'm sure it's readily available at the library. It's such a page-turner. You can get through the first one EASILY in a day.
I'm off for the night...I shall be having terrible nightmares of Hasselhoff and those poor shar-peis. It's just not right.
At least we know he's 16" and LOADS of skin!
