This last page reminds me of this girl I met in a video game. She met another girl and they started an online relationship with lots of cyber sex. After months, it was revealed they were both men. Two lying trolls that ended up jacking off to each other typing.

This **** is just crazzzyy. We are all anon.here so we can pretend to be whoever we want to be[if that works for you] and say what we virtually want to say, within the bounds of respectability, but really-this is all so petty.
Take a step back and focus on the positive and quit the keyboard bitching; or do a Rocky and meet in the ring-now THAT I would pay to see.

My favourite person in the world, my darling Fairy Godmother (her words) and aunty, was diagnosed with ALS two years ago and died in August last year.

Just thinking about it brings me to tears. ANYTHING that raises awareness and brings money to fight this awful disease is worthwhile. And the donations say everything.

I just wish my Aunty were around to see all these people doing something against ALS, however small. I know how much it would have meant to her...

It's obvious that you loved her very, very much and I am sorry for your loss. I'm sure your darling Fairy Godmother is looking down and smiling at all the efforts that have been made lately in raising awareness for ALS through this ice challenge.

Thank you all... This disease is such a silent bitch, it's not until you know someone with it, and see their pain and frustration, that you truly realise why it's one of the worst diagnoses a person can get. And I am 100% sure that the raised awareness and extra donations that this silly campaign (which I have nominated myself for, and will do in the next week or so) brings in truly will make a difference...

I think this is a GREAT thing and some people are just taking it way too far (but that's not surprising). It's raising awareness in a fun way.

And the challenge is resulting in a dramatic increase in donations to ALS. Over 10 times the amount of donations during the same period as compared to last year.

It is getting a bit crazy - but folks are having fun with it. I even smiled at George Bush's posting. He also donated money. It seems like many of the blurbs I have seen encourage both the deed and the donation.

I think it is wonderful and entertaining. It is also raising awareness and money for research fore this disease. I say let other charities find their own gimmick. Don't hate on ALS Challange because they found a hook! Average Americans joining the clubs of celebrities in a common cause is brilliant!
