ow is Theresa (the one in the time-travel coma) connected to everything? Is she related to Faraday also?
She's definitely connected to Faraday. She was in the picture with him that Desmond picked up in Faraday's old office. The implication seems to be that they were lovers, Theresa's condition happened, and Faraday split.

the series finale better not be that everything is happening in Theresa's head! haha...
I would have a mental breakdown if that's all it was!
The more I think about my Charlie theory, the more I'm hoping it's true...
wow that is trippy...and taking that to the next level maybe that is the reason there are so many problems with pregnant women on the island maybe the whole jumping around in time has made that happen?
Talking abut Charlotte's illness, do you remember last season's episode The Constant? Remember the radio guy on the boat Bienkowski? Didn't he have the same symptoms as Charlotte? The bleeding nose, blurred and double vision, extreme headaches?
Yep - and it's what Desmond was to have if he didn't find his constant. It's also likely the sickness Danielle's people died from...
Somehow, though, there's something different about Charlotte - why is she the only one suffering from it?
spoiler alert...
I heard Miles and maybe Juilet could have bloddy noses very soon as well

do you think the four toed statue has the bomb inside it?
I guess that's possible, but I figured the bomb was in the Swan station...
I think the 4 toed statue has to do with the natives on the island. Also going back to the nose bleed thing...if you remember in the Constant Frank and Sayid were also on the helicopter on the way to the boat when Desmond had his first outbreak...so maybe the nosebleed virus only effects certain people
Anyway here is the lost redux from eonline the interview at the end with damon and carlton is interesting
redux
A theory I've seen in various forums: remember last week Sawyer had his toe injured. What if, as a result of the time travel, he ends up in the past as a C3PO-ish deity and the statue was of him?
Out there, but not impossible.
Do you think it's of any importance that, when Daniel was trying to figure out what was wrong with Desmond, he asked if he'd been exposed to any sort of radiation (if memory serves)? And they were all just around a leaky hydrogen bomb?
Originally, in The Constant, the time-jumping issue seemed to happen to people who had traveled to or from the island. Minkowski, the communications officer who suffered the same problem, had tried to get to the island with another crew member. Charlotte seems to be sharing the nose-bleed symptom, but I don't remember Desmond or Minkowski complaining of headache or double vision. Related, possibly, but not the same thing. But really, with the island and/or its inhabitants jumping around like this, it's hard to say anything for sure.
Another cool tidbit: the rat that Farraday used in his testing back in Oxford (that he told Desmond to reference so that his past self would listen to him) was also named Eloise. Possibly after his mother?
I read that one too - about the rat. Must be a connection.
I'm wondering, in all this, now that we know Desmond is heading to LA also - where's Walt in all this? He got off the island and still out there somewhere. I seem to remember the producers saying that he'll be back eventually...
Still somewhat unsure about the time-travel "rules", but hopefully they will address this when the O6 find the island. Also, Farraday's speech patterns bugged me a little bit this episode. I still think he is a great character, but he kind of seemed like he was emulating William Shatner as Captain Kirk.

That actor is always really twitchy. Check him out in Twister, too. It takes him about twenty minutes to tell Helen Hunt that his camera isn't working.
I think Walt is coming back this season. I think he is included in coming back to the island. Did anyone watch the minisodes on season 4 dvd? The one where it was Ben and Juilet talking about the mysterious prisoner and did you see all the birds dead because of this prisoner, it had to be Walt.
whoa - haven't gotten the dvds, but that seems like a pretty big thing to leave out of the regular show!

so why do you all think Daniel Faraday was crying last season in the episode where he sees the plane crash on tv?
yeah Jason it happened in the same place where they had Karl tied up and was being brainwashed. It would have been the same time as they took Walt...Juilet said to him why did we take him and Ben said it was because Jacob told him
Wow - I forgot all about the brainwashing room. They really do have a lot to answer still...
Could Faraday have been crying because he remembered someone from the plane? Or could he somehow have been taken from the island and had his memory erased?

This show is crazy. Now Jin is stuck in the PAST with a very young Danielle.
i doubt he's stuck. he's probably timeshifting like everyone else.
