I know she's way too risk averse to consider working with someone almost as old as she is, but can you imagine the potential if Madge actually did work with Shep again? Or, I dunno, what about an album with songs written (remember that? Songwriting?) and produced by Shep and Patrick Leonard and Stephen Bray. She could hire one of the younger fellas - like the wonderful Stuart Price - to exec produce and make sure the songs have a fresh, up-to-date production. I honestly think this is the missing ingredient. Working with great songwriters again, not just EDC producers.
Taboo I love when you make a ****of yourself by been a kiss ass.
HorseTears, I like their stuff I do but for some reason I would not want it to happen again, I don't think that's where her voice is at anymore so it would feel forced. Judging by the reviews so far people seem to be thinking that she is back on it songwriting, that this feels fresh (minus a couple of blips) so I guess her going back to them wouldn't be very productive for her at the moment other than to satisfy the few who would like to see that happen.

The Independent REVIEW- Rebel Heart
Updated On: 3/7/15 at 08:47 AM
I have been a Madonna fan since 1983. I am hoping to get tickets to the Rebel Heart tour next week when they go on sale. I can only imagine how much the tickets are going to be.
I just looked at all my concert ticket stubs and here are all the Madonna concerts I have gone to and how much I paid to see each one.
1985 - The Virgin Tour - $15.50 (10th row on the floor)
1990 - The Blonde Ambition Tour - $28.75
2001 - Drowned World Tour - $125.00
2004 - Re-Invention Tour - $150.00 (Pit tickets)
2006 - Confessions Tour - $167.00
2008 - Sticky & Sweet Tour - $167.50
2012 - MDNA Tour - $172.50

Mister Matt you are fast becoming as repetitive as Namo, is that your 'go to' comment now?
Well, the black pot has certainly returned to form.
You did not like the album, that's fine, but it's your opinion love, that's it.
I know it's my opinion, love. I said that earlier. What is it you're getting at?
At any rate, I do think the album is mostly obvious and predictable for Madonna with Body Shop being the only track that truly sounds fresh. It doesn't mean I hate every other track on the album. There are a handful I like or mostly like if it weren't for the awful lyrics (one of the biggest problems with the album). I do think that there are fans whose Magoggles prevent them from hearing her music objectively and even faithfully regurgitate any trendy catch phrase used to describe her or her music whether they actually know what it means or not.

Trademark that!
We know Matt you have said the same thing over and over, you officially just best Namo in the annoying stakes.
What have I said over and over again? Why on earth would I keep repeating myself? What possible reason could I have, chu-chi face? It's not as if I've specifically tried to avoid answering a question or providing information. If you don't know, then why are you being such a hypocrite, love?
I've a sneaking suspicion, however, that if I repeated the same positive things about Madonna endlessly, you wouldn't consider it "annoying" or "repetitive" in the least. Am I right, pumpkin?
And sweetie honey, I've ALWAYS been more annoying than Namo. Just ask him!

The FIGHTS we used to have!
I know, right? Back in the real BWW days, I was like a yappy chihuahua.
Good times.
The vinyl sounds amazing-better than the CDs. Crisp, full and pristine.

I really love that the article made a reference to Hard Candy and that 'She's Not Me' was ahead of its Daft Punk/Nile Rogers time but all ignored by then..

You are *really* supporting this self-proclaimed marginalized artist. That's great, investing in her art like that.
Oh wait is it now a problem I purchased her album as well, does that require a snide remark from you? You really are pathetic

I think it's adorable that you bought more than one copy. Your Madonna needs you and you answered the call.
Why did you get them both? What's different about them besides one having more songs than the other?

Anybody get tickets today? I got a floor seat right by the second stage. I still can't believe I paid that much for a single concert.

Namo, you may appreciate this. When I told my brother how much the ticket was, he responded. "You paid that much for that has been!"
