The point you are missing is that what exactly did she say that was bitchy? she said she didnt like the type of flowers the guy gave her but he did not know that.
Its so blown out of proportion.
I'll always be a big fan but the woman is a pretentious obnoxious bitch. Anyone who says differently is seriously in need of a reality check.

The only point being missed is that I specifically addressed that. Sentences 2 through 5 of my last post answer your question. Directly. I didn't miss any point at all. I practically hot glued the point to the wall so the volunteers at TIFF would have something to read when Madonna walks by.
The only part of this blown out of proportion was Madonna's irrelevent response, for which she felt she had to produce a VIDEO about how proud she is of being a bitch. Funny thing is, the result was two-fold: She completely missed the point in content, yet she confirmed the point in attitude and behavior.
I'll always be a big fan but the woman is a pretentious obnoxious bitch.
I stopped being a big fan in 1991 because she is a pretentious obnoxious bitch. I can enjoy some of her music, but I think she's a loathsome human being.

It was indeed a celebrity prankster. And obviously if a prankster knew to give her those, she REALLY hates those damn flowers.
And hate to point it out guys, while you may not get flowers a lot, Madonna does. A lot. Fans are giving her (and other celebrities) flowers all the time. So, if someone igves her a flower she hates, she does exactly what you would do: say thank you and turn to your friend and say you hate that kind of flower. It's naive to say Madonna should be so grateful and humble to have received flowers from someone, and not even notice they are a flower she despises.
What is it about Madonna's success that makes people so quick to vilify her and say ridiculously nasty things?

You need to do a closer reading of what people are saying.
Also, WHY DOESN'T MADONNA TIP?
"So, if someone igves her a flower she hates, she does exactly what you would do: say thank you and turn to your friend and say you hate that kind of flower. Wait...I'm sorry...you think that's what we'd all do? You think that's the appropriate response to such a thing? If so, perhaps we should have some tea and a talk.
What is it about Madonna fans that they don't understand it's not about the flowers or her success or that it was a Ukrainian television prankster? Is everything posted on the internet that doesn't fit their delusions appear on their monitors as binary code? The avoidance to acknowledge fact in this clusterf*ck is one of the most interesting train wrecks to witness since the 2008 election campaigns.
It's naive to say Madonna should be so grateful and humble to have received flowers from someone, and not even notice they are a flower she despises.
You're absolutely right. And it's just as naive to think that making a snide comment that resembles the opposite of being grateful and humble out loud in front of a hot mic at a press event wasn't incredibly stupid. Lots and lots and lots of successful people, even successful women, even successful women in the entertainment industry don't make that mistake. Or if they do, people are quick to villify them as well. Did Joan Crawford fans act like this when she was still alive?
And we have a trailer:

It looks pretty great

It DOES? It looks like Julie & Julia, but with characters recently dispatched by The King's Speech and no interesting food.
I wonder about Madonna's fascination with Nazi sympathizers? Remember how she argued that she knew nothing of Eva Peron's politics, just that she was a great lady and wanted to represent her well onscreen? Or her never-came-to-fruition desire to play Leni Riefenstahl onscreen? I wonder if she has have wondered about her attraction to such figures?
Eva Peron was a saint!
Santa Evita, Dama de la Esperanza, ruega por nosotros, pecadores, ahora y en la hora de nuestra muerte. Amén.
Many Many of the Evita press clips show her saying that she was a woman loved and hated by many in equal measure; she also says that the woman had many flaws. She was much more open about Eva after the film was shot which to any person with half a brain would show that she was careful about what she said because of where she was filming (she had enough trouble there as it was). The film itself also does not paint Eva as a saint.
As for Simpson i think it's great to see the other side of her (though this film does not ignore the rumours about her as well). At the end of the day a man (the King of our country) gave up the throne for her, it's an incredible story.
I don't think the film looks like Julie and Julia AT ALL (that's just an obvious comparison because of a similar plot device). The look of W.E looks stunning, the performances look strong an we already know that her attention to detail on the film is incredible. It will be flawed of course because she had a hand in the writing (it would have been nice to see her just focus on the directing) but the bashing of the film simply because it's her is very predictable.
Anywho I’m gonna be getting a look at the full film this week which I’m excited about so will report back then.
