It cracks me up that all the bitchy c@#ts on this board are making commentary on Madonna's hydrangea comment. I mean who in their life hasn't said something snarky under their breath. It's not a mortal sin to be a bitch from time to time. Like you've never been with a friend or co-worker, noticed something and made a bitchy or mean comment. She was speaking to someone she knew. Unfortunately, she was miked. I didn't give this incident a passing thought.
Slow news day BS.
You know how many celebrities are c@#ts every hour of every day. Millions. This is not news. At least I expect from Madonna.
If it were Betty White-that would be news.

Posted: 9/10/11 at 1:39amI think it's cynical to think that everyone is as awful as Madonna. I refuse to believe it about people like Jennier Aniston or Mindy Cohn.
#53Madonna - W.E Reviews
Posted: 9/10/11 at 1:59amThere was footage of Mindy Cohn attacking a woman in Whole Foods. Don't even get me started. Oh, except it wasn't Whole Foods, it was Corn Dog On A Stick and it was in a mall food court.

Now Betty, you know I love you to pieces but I am not a clot. (c@#ts does mean clot, right?)
I am a vulture. Sheesh.

She really should submit to intense psychoanalysis. Is it not just like her to think the issue was about the flower and not the fact that she insulted the person who gave it to her?
I never understood why she put this in the past tense:
Looking at my life
It's very clear to me
I lived so selfishly
I was the only one

It's really creepy to see how many people praise her and that video, which is only hilarious in how the point was completely lost on her. Well, hilarious and pathetic.
So now the word is that it was some sort of "set up" by someone in the media (undefined) who knew Madonna either hated hydrangeas or is allergic to them (ambiguous as well). I'm eagerly awaiting Madonna fans to start altering her Wikipedia page.

Good lord, the man who handed her the flower was not a fan for a start, and second WHO GIVES A F**K?

Hey, hey, simmer down now. We'd be calling Gwyneth Paltrow on her pretension just as much as Madonna, but even SHE isn't so lost in her own bubble as to do something like that.

I'm really curious about this new spin on the event as Madonna having been "punked" by a Ukranian TV personality. If it's true, are they mad because it worked? Or are they mad that it's so easy to make Madonna look like a raging bitch, English doesn't even have to be your first language? Any way you look at it, there doesn't seem to be much reason to heap praise upon her. She did something bitchy and stupid and she attempted to respond to it in an even more bitchy and stupid way. It would make MUCH more sense if the whole thing was actually Madonna's own publicity stunt. At least stupidity could then be showcased in a consistent through-line.
Props to the little-known Ukranian TV personality for outwitting Madonna and manipulating her to such an extreme. Good thing Ukranian comedians and Madonna fans are mutually exclusive. Otherwise, it would just be so AWKWARD.

I'm really not sure as to why Madonna saying she does like a flower makes her seem like a b***h?
I guess to be fair we all must be then when we recieve gifts etc that we dont like and comment on them, or when we return a gift etc, oh wait is it because she is not allowed to say she does not like something because she is a celeb?
Everyone is laughing about this, Madonna is laughing about this, her fans are laughing about this, the press are laughing about this, the typical Madonna haters however are going on like she raped the mans cat and then ate it.

What is it with this Tea Party rhetoric from Madonna and her fans? It was never about how Madonna feels about hydrangeas. It was about her snide bitchy diva attitude. Yet again. It's not just what she said, but how she said it that makes her a bitch. This isn't 1990. The Age of Attitude ended and it's not trendy, funny or cute anymore, especially in a woman of her age acting like a mean girl in high school. I'm definitely laughing about this the eat same way I laughed about Palin's stupidity and the behavior of her fans who refuse to show any objectivity. Madonna did something stupid and responded by completely missing the point. THAT'S what I'm laughing about. I'm allergic to cornflowers, but if I'm a world-famous celebrity and receive them as a gift during a press eventand made a really rude and bitchy comment about it in front of a hot mic and the media caught it all on camera and it spread like wildfire, I'd probably issue an apology instead of continuing to act like an immature bitch. But that's just me. Madonna was being a bitch and continued being a bitch. That's her choice, of course. And if people call her out on acting like a bitch, which has NOTHING to do with how she feels about a flower no matter how hard her fans use the excuse to deflect the truth, there is nothing unreasonable about it.
Madonna is a bitch (not "seems" like a bitch) because she LIKES being a bitch. She's demonstrated that time and again for decades. In this case, she was being a stupid bitch and she was caught. You don't have to be a "hater" to acknowledge the obvious. And anyone who defends her by claiming this is about how Madonna feels about a flower is refusing to acknowledge the obvious.
