I'm in mourning since my wife was mowed down by one of the posters on this board.

And his 'girlfriend' just said nasty and hateful things about my wife, calling her 'some stupid animal'.


So, I'm not vindictive (although, I do think I can use that on my friends in the forest), I'm just trying to cope with the loss of my wife.

OK, so now I'm uncertain as to whether my nomination is valid, but I'm going to risk additional cervine wrath and proceed on the assumption that it is. Thanks, Phyllis, for the honor!

And before I go further, the name is Jilani - not to be confused with a certain former New York mayor, and also note there are only two "i"s in the name, not three. :)

Taking questions so far in order:

Mauriposa, I would love to be able to sing, make people laugh, and operate puppets all at the same time, so my vote would be the role of Princeton/Rod in Avenue Q.

PJ, I am indeed a lawyer, for better or worse.

Tazber, I've never thought about that question before. I must admit that my knowledge of theatrical characters is far from encyclopedic, so I'm having trouble coming up with an original answer. Let me think about it some more!

Oh, and as an aside, Calvin - free legal advice is often worth exactly what you pay for it. :)

Phyllis, you're asking me to give legal advice on how to concentrate too much power in one individual, but still have it be legal? If I knew that, I'd probably work for the current administration.

I think you are better positioned to answer that question than I am.

If you were a deer, what part would you want on Broadway?

I'm sure there is a good pun to be made here somewhere, involving substituting a deer related word like "buck" or "doe" into a character's name, but I don't have the skill or knowledge to come up with one on the fly!

Do you swerve to hit or to avoid animals while driving?

I am happy to say I don't own a car, and on the infrequent occasions when I have driven, I've never encountered an animal in the road. I would hope I would swerve to avoid one.

Have you ever eaten venison?

I haven't, but I'm not a vegetarian either.
