This is Part V of our continuing Message Board Celebrity of the Day thread created by Craig.

Note: We've changed Rule #3 a bit. If the current CotD doesn't choose a successor, instead of eliminating two people, we're going to select the first nominee to get three votes.

Also, I had to move the links to the past Cotd threads to my second post because they got messed up every time I edited this post.

This thread is Part IV of our continuing Message Board Celebrity of the Day.

Since appreciation threads have been minimized, I thought we could create a single thread for "Message Board Celebrity Of The Day". In this thread we can celebrate our appreciation for members of the BWW posting community.

In addition to normal posting guidelines (i.e. no personal attacks, etc)

1. The Board Celebrity of the Day is for a calendar day. In other words - today there will be a poster awarded the title. By 10am tomorrow, a new member is awarded the title.

2. A member may not be the Board Celebrity of the Day twice in a 365 day period. In other words - you get one day. Like a birthday.

3. The reigning Board Celebrity chooses the next Board Celebrity. If the current Board Celebrity doesn't post and/or doesn't choose the next Board Celebrity, then the first poster after 10am(eastern standard time) may nominate 3 people (who have not been COTD before). A second poster must eliminate one of the three. A third poster then eliminates a second which will indicate who the next celebrity is. ** Please note: Friday's MBCotD reigns until Monday, 10am. **

For example:

I could nominate (after 10am if the MBCotD didn't choose a successor) Rob, Jose and Dollypop for example. The next poster after me would kick a person off that list (for example Dollypop) which would leave Rob and Jose. The next poster would eliminate either Rob or Jose leaving the new MBCotD

4. The posts in this thread MUST be relevant. Banter is fine, but please try and stay on topic to honor the MBCotD.

5. As always - the board moderators have the right to delete posts that they deem inappropriate.

6. You MUST indicate why you have selected your poster as the MBCotD.

Part of it was he was leaving town for a bit and therefore he locked it while he was gone, but then when he unlocked it, it never picked up steam again. Most of the board had lost interest and I don't think he really felt any particular need to prod the venture along.

Ok gang, I'm gonna let you know right up front that I'm gonna suck a this game! But here goes:

Favorite concert you have ever been to. Rage Against The Machine. I don't go to that many concerts, but the energy and passion of these guys was incredible.

First drink you plan on us having when you meet me. A Cosmo on Boobs. Well not ON Boobs, although that may be fun too, but as in I'm making him buy me a drink. (Don't worry Boobsie, second round is on me!)
