Perez Hilton 'assaulted' by Will.I.Am (BEP) last night.

"Perez Hilton has reportedly been attacked by Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am and his security.

The internet blogger alleges that he was assaulted by will.i.am, real name William J. Adams, after the MuchMusic awards in Toronto last night.

"I'm in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please," he wrote on Twitter.

"I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke."

Posting an update ten minutes later, he added: "Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.

"I spoke to my lawyer. I really need to talk to the authorities. Please come to the SoHo Met Hotel. Have called the police. Need them here."

Police and representatives for will.i.am have yet to release a statement."




There are now pictures of texts from Will.I.Am saying that he has no idea what he's on about basically...

Who asks for the police over twitter FFS? If it's true, then I'm sorry for him - violence is not the answer, especially when you're in the limelight, and he did have it coming...BUT it all seems a bit too 'OMG LOOK AT ME!!'.

Seems slightly contradictory that this was 'no joke' and serious...but he couldn't be bothered picking up a phone.

The fact that Will.I.Am is completely denying any knowledge of it seems daft, if you hit someone, you hit someone...man up and own up to it. Unless of course, it was carried out by his bodyguards and he 'didn't know' about it...

I mean taking the word of a muck-raking queen who can't even be bothered to use his own cell phone to call the police is a dicey proposition at best.

I have always thought Perez has had some issues.I am not trying to be mean, but I do not know what other word to use but special needs.He at times will throw these tantrums a child would throw and he seems to be overly sensitive and emotional.I could be wrong,but my brother is a teacher who has seen similar things in his students and thinks the same thing.

Not defending Perez, but I believe his side of the story.Violence is never the answer.Not surprised this sort of thing happened but I always assumed it would be from someone Perez has outed. Apparently there are some witnesses who back up Perez's side of the story.

So, having said that someone give Perez his Oscar,let the Police handle it and STOP TALKING ABOUT IT! If everything happened as he says it did,he would have been smart to keep this under wraps and wait for an investigation.His drama and love for attention (or sympathy)is only hurting his case.

Bettyboy,could not have said it better. He should have come home,got a good night sleep,cooled off, and then called his lawyer.If he felt he must talk and rant about it he should have written it out first and rehearsed it,kept it short like a minute or two (not almost 12 minutes of rambling on and on.)And he should not have gone hysterical.His problem is he talks about stuff too soon after they happen.Same thing happened with Miss California.I agreed with his question and even took a lot of crap for supporting him with all of that,but he spoke right after it happened,called her the C word (which was not cool)then apologized and then took back his apology.Perez needs to hire a publicist.

His remark to Fergie right at the end about her being fugly is something a 5 year old would say.The world is not feeling sorry for this guy they are laughing their asses off and cheering Will.I.Am and Fergie on. He just could not resist gossiping and babbling on about it.If he had kept quiet more people would have taken him seriously. It is sad because from what I am hearing it sounds like it did go down like he is saying it did,but that does not matter anymore.His childish reaction is all people will remember.

When people get stressed they show their true selves. He is displaying his whiny, petulant, and entitled side. His frustration and crying really are laughable. He is grandstanding and needed to take time to re-group.

Plus, in all honesty, if you call a woman (Fergie) ugly or "fugly", call her a man, say her voice is shot, publish photos where she allegedly wet herself, and comment on her weight and appearance all the time, chances are someone close to that lady (a hubby, brother, boyfriend) is gonna slug you. Im not saying it is right, but it happens.
