I have no idea why I think this, but I'm guessing Miss Oo, la, la.
I'm wondering if it's staged? As part of an 'exit strategy'...?
Ohhh, that's an interesting theory.
I am thinking Charlotte, at this point, too. She finds out the truth and blames her for all the crap that has happened, including Emilanda & Declan's deaths and her miscarriage.
I am still bugged by Daniel's crooked teeth. They are perfectly fine on the real man, but the Graysons would have nipped that in puberty.
I'm thinking of how she said "I'm sorry" before she was shot. It sounded as if it was said to someone she truly cares about...like a sister.
Yep. I thought the way she said it narrowed it to Jack, Charlotte or Nolan. I thought for a brief moment that it could have included the priest, but obviously that's a no-go now. It could be Aiden, I guess. It's certainly not a Grayson. Emily Van Camp said she didn't know who it was when she delivered the line, though.
Hmmmm that could change my theory. I still don't believe any of the guys would shoot her. Nolan has always been her protector. Jack loves her although he will deny it. Aiden believes she's his soul mate and she's the love of Daniel's life. That's why I'm leaning towards are woman being the shooter.
I agree with all your points.
And think the 'staged shooting' is a long-shot...
I'm thinking Charlotte, also.
Love this series. I re-watch each episode because it all happens so fast, I want to make sure I'm catching all the twists and turns.
It's going to be interesting to see who it is. I just hope they don't end this season with us not knowing. Is Mary Crosby still acting? They can bring her onto the series and make her the shooter.
So who now is trying to kill Conrad? Any guesses?

I'm with you Moony. It would be too obvious to be Jack. Plus why would jack have to go see the car if he did it?
I need to re-watch the episode. It all happens so quickly - I love to go back and savor some of the details.
Charlotte has certainly grown up - and turned into a little bit of a femme fatale type. Quite the little pot-stirrer.
LOVED Nolan last night.
I'm still thinking about who shoots Emily. I don't think she'd be quite so apologetic to Charlotte...
Love. This. Show.
Could it have been Victoria? She did say before he got in the car, that if he did, it would be the last thing he ever did...
Good point, but she would've had to do it before she knew what he was going to do. We still don't know what Patrick is up too. I wonder what the Ex-wife told Nolan other than Patrick likes boys.
I am looking forward to learning more of the back-story with Patrick.
I'm not convinced he's on the up-and-up.
Victoria's power play with the Art Gallery was classic, though. Loved it, and had to give her props.
That was classic Victoria.
Every thing going wrong this season I'm going to blame on Charlotte.

I don't know. Now I'm leaning towards Patrick sabotaging the brakes and Charlotte pulling the trigger.
I think Patrick's a deceptive operator. I think he's playing everyone and I even suspect he's not really Victoria's son.
I totally question if he's Victoria's son...
It's all so bloody wonderful.
And what did Nolan discover in Florida?
He discovered that Patrick likes to play tonsil hockey.
Who cares what he discovered? All I know is it led to that kiss and that is ALL I need to be happy.
And I was so against the idea of Charlotte as the shooter. But damn, with every episode I can see it more and more. Poor Charlotte.
Woah.
I return to my exit strategy theory...
This show gets better and better!
It gets more and more interesting. So do we think Victoria is now the shooter or does Emily's plan backfire?
I have two theories right now, and both could be totally off base.
1. Nolan or Jack shoots Emily and her "I'm sorry," is an apology for making them do this (think Dumbledore pleading with Snape to kill him, not save him, and Snape's hatred sprouting out of being forced to kill Dumbledore. Yes I connect everything to Harry Potter)
2. Aidan finds out that Emily really has been using him this whole time and was never planning to run off with him and so he shoots her
I still think it may be an "exit strategy", and is staged. But, have no idea who 'shoots' her.
I like ALL of the theories here!
allies, both of your idea make sense to me!
