Posted: 10/7/08 at 9:50pmIn deference to both candidates, I don't know why they would have agreed on a one minute time limit to answer the questions. It clearly isn't enough time to get one's point across, especially since the questions seem to address more than one issue.

Off-Topic: I hate that Delaware banks allows those early check cashing stores to exist when most if not all other states have tried to stop them. Taking advantage of the poor at its worst.
