I do appreciate the empathy. I think you can see that, if I was a normal person, I wouldn't be so obsessed with this (or Bernadette Peters for that matter). So there of course is a part of me that probably should get some help.

I think that the comfort with guns and access to guns is likely part of the conservative/right-wing upbringing. I agree with you 100%. But the reason why the trigger was pointed to Charlie Kirk and shot is likely because he found Charlie Kirk's views towards LGBT (and other minority groups) hateful and promoting fascism (based on the BBC and CNN evidence), which is a very left-wing ideological perspective.
It's almost like a weird interaction between the worst of the two ideological perspectives. In a perfect world I would take away guns from everyone in the US as a priority if I could, but it feels impossible to do in the US right now hence focus on the reasons why the trigger was pulled and not the reasons why he was able to pull a trigger instead.

Many cities have an Islamic majority now. Political takeover is estimated between 15 and 25 years from now. Poor women, gays, jews, christians, animals and children. There are many sharia courts already. Schools are bowing for islamic laws already, including the teaching materials, rules for clothing and food in canteens, etc. Blasphemy laws are in the making. You have no idea about the muslim brotherhood. This is just the beginning.

I actually thought it was quite clever and hilarious for TotallyEffed to do that. FYI it wasn't me that liked it, which means someone else must have. I don't take it too personally though, there is a clear pile on dynamics going on here. And I can tell at least some people aren't reading when they paraphrase incorrectly
So I'm going to try and be more concise. I'm tired myself.
But I don't feel people are completely ignoring me either - because if they did why would they even bother to open the thread or complain/be triggered in the first place?

Eliminating people with different opinions is not the solution.
By the way, research shows that nearly half of Gen Z thinks violence over political opinions is acceptable. In previous generations such as the Baby Boomers this was only 2%. That’s a problem. We need deradicalization programs on universities, (online)platforms and public organizations.
