re: Six Feet Under.

The fact that he was able to stay awake and that he could speak without any slurring was pretty unrealistic I thought.
Nate was looking forward to starting yet another relationship.

I believe that final dream sequence was actually David's. We were faked into believing it was Nate's, but it turned out to be from David's perspective (remember, he jolted up out of it after the father offered him crack).

I was trying to understand if it was Nate's dream or David's. David was in the present wearing a suit at the end of the dream. Grown up and looking back at his brother and the father offers him some crack to smoke. He snaps out of the dream and hears the sound of the monitor. The eyes wide open on Nate signals a stroke happening.

I got the impression that they were both having the dream. In Nate's, David was the hippie looking dude, and in David's, he was in the suit...

I thinks so too... you know how sometimes people who are very close share dreams? I think that's what happened there.

I never heard of people sharing dreams.

It happens... my sister and I lived together for a while, we're very close, and I'd wake up and start telling her a dream I had she was in and she would tell me the rest. It was weird.

I love your puppy with the ball! Your sister finishing your dream story is very weird (to me anyway).

I think I have watched the preview for the next episode online about 10 times now! Absolutely heartbreaking. I will go ballistic if Frances Conroy doesn't get the Emmy! This acting ensemble is without doubt one of the strongest TV has ever seen (in my opinion). This show.....I can't even find the words.

Because it makes you realize that one day you WILL be Ruth - or David - or Claire - or Brenda - all of us will.

I see Cromwell & Conroy's characters getting back together. Beyond that, I have not got a clue what is going to happen.

And with only two episodes left to end the series - I'm sure we'll all be left with alot of questions.

Tonight was interesting. Not sure if I was crazy about Nates final resting place. Can that be done? Just plop 'em down anywhere? I'm thinking everyone will get together finally as a family. Or everyone is going to go ballistic and kill each other.

Watching Six Feet Under the past five seasons has spoiled me.
The characters are all so beautifully crafted and I feel so bonded to each of them. I will really miss this show. It's so funny, sad and thought provoking.
Seeing Brenda tell little Maya that her father was dead was so crazy. Even her mother was appalled. What a great actress Rachel Griffiths is.
