Hehe...
I'm down about 10lbs in 2 weeks....it's working again...
But i'm craving a gingerbread muffin w/cream cheese frosting.
That's gotta be about 3534 points.

I just ate a glazed donut. I was surprised to find out that it was only about 5 or 6 points. Go figure!

Posted: 3/31/06 at 2:53pmGood job, everyone. I just had one of the WW one point carrot cakes. Not as good as the lemon or chocolate, but it def. tamed my sweet tooth.

good job everyone!
My first week I lost 3.6 lb, I think that's pretty good being as that Friday night I kind of cheated a little.
#760Weight Watchers of BroadwayWorld Unite
Posted: 4/4/06 at 7:58pmWait--what are you calling cheating?

Week 8:
Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Wednesday's Weight: 204.5
Today's Weight: 204
Well, only a .5 loss this week. Obviously, I didn't reach my goal of 2 lbs, but I am considering this a victory because I have some sort of weird bloated stomach, water retention thing going on and I was SURE that I had gained wait this week.
So...small victories are better than no victories, right?
#762Weight Watchers of BroadwayWorld Unite
Posted: 4/5/06 at 10:33amIT is still a victory! Congrats Stephen!

Posted: 4/5/06 at 10:38am.5 is a fine loss. Remember--slow is common and the healthiest and the most permanent.

Yeah, I know Master Jerby. You have taught you padwan well.
However...under 200 and comfortable in a tank top is fun for Vegas next week.

I'm going to toss this back out there for those people worrying about cheating!
It's not cheating! Think of it as being given a daily allowance of money to spend. When you're out, you can dip into the weekly allowance or exercise to gain extra cash.
so you're not cheating! You're paying for it.
And google Calorie Counter (I can't find my link right now). GREAT website for building the caloric content of items without a points breakdown on it (or missing from the WW database).

So you can scoff, laugh and point? I don't think so missy.
Here is the last time I wore a tank top in public and coincidentally this is me at my "goal weight" and my "motivational weight loss" picture:

This is a picture of me the last time I wore a tanktop in public.
I was gorgeous.
Great job on the continued losses everyone.
And keep Bway's info in mind, it is not "cheating" another key to WW is a positive outlook.

*Swoons ove Patronus again*
Want to see my REAL reaction? Go to his myspace and read the comment I left under that picture.
And somehow I managed to lose 3 pounds in my first week. Um...how? I only kept trackof points the past three days but was in general watching was I was eating for a week. But 3 freaking pounds? Maybe I need a new scale...

Congrats, caitiesus. We tend to have larger losses the first week because of water weight...sadly, it will taper off.
But great job!

Yeah I know that is why it happened. But it still surprises me because I didn't try that hard.
My goal has a lot to do with exercise, so I have to start doing that more

I've been at a standstill for the past two weeks. But, I guess it's not to be unexpected, I've done A LOT of cheating....and a lot of drinking. At least I haven't gained.
And Patronus, what is your goal weight?

Posted: 4/5/06 at 1:57pmI just went back to Weight Watchers this past Sunday, after being off of it for almost a year. I lost 35 pounds in about 4 months last time I did it, and hopefully I'll have the same results this time. Glad to hear it works for everyone!

My initial goal was 185. I'll re-evaluate once I get there.
