Week 9:
Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Wednesday's Weight: 204
Today's Weight: 202
Down 2lbs!
To make it even more exciting, when I started Weight Watchers I was wearing size 36 or 38 pants depending on the brand. I went to buy some new jeans this weekend and am down to 32 or 34 depending on the brands. That made my month!
By next week, I should hit my "20 lbs lost mark" and in the next 2 weeks or so I figure I will break out of the 200s which will be the first "really exciting" weight plateau.
Thanks again everyone for your support!
Now, I am going to Vegas with Clay and Sara tomorrow and food will be a bit more "gray area" but we'll see what we can do. :)

Week 10:
Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Wednesday's Weight: 202
Today's Weight: 202
No change from last week, but that's A-OK with me. I ate horribly for the entire Vegas trip and even worse the few days after it.
I am getting back on track this week I will be on the elliptical machine and walking a lot so I am shooting for 2.5lbs for next week and squeezing into the 199's.

To eat horribly and have no change sounds like GREAT news to me, Patronus!
And back into the seat for losing more! Go you!

Good for you, Patronus! WOW!
I haven't managed to lose any weight the last few weeks but I've been VERY intense about the gym and, finally, after three months of going, I'm starting to see some changes. So that's exciting.

You are so dang close to those ones Stephen! Don't you hate that dang half a pound?
I am stuck on a plateau and it's really pissing me off. I went crazy with my exercise yesterday hoping to nudge myself off the ledge.

Yeah, that .5 is no fun. :)
Keep going forward Colleen. That's the great thing about Weight Watchers. If you have a bad day, tomorrow is a whole new start.
I still have 15.5 lbs to go to reach my original goal, but I am more motivated than ever to reach it.

Well, Patronus, I blame you, buddy. I just resigned up for WW online. I quit my subscription when I hit my original goal weight and thought I could take off the last 10-15 pounds myself. But it ain't happening. Now that I'm exercising 3-4 times a week, I want to push myself for a final two or three months and see if I can, indeed, really reach that ultimate goal.
