It's a good kind of blame. I'm guessing at my weight, but I put it in anyway and I'll weighmyself tonight at the gym, but I'm currently at 176. So let's see if I cna push down that final 10-12 pounds.

oh god, I'm almost embarrassed to say. When I hit 175 last fall, I had lost 45 pounds. So I guess I've officially lost 44.

I needed this thread today!

I hit my lowest weight last week, but then I was TERRIBLY NAUGHTY last week. I went way over in weekly points. SO, I gained a pound or so this week. I keep dancing around the same weight. And, it's prob my own fault. I've been craving such bad foods.

I don't think the chocolate marshmallow and coconut eggs from Easter helped AT ALL.

But don't deny yourself them, jerby! We all always gain and lose that same 1-5 pounds weekly!

Oh, I was able to work them into the points. It was that I kept working them in after the points was gone! :)

Easter is a killer (or Halloween, Thanksgiving or any other food-linked holiday). So many sweets and chocolate and whatnot. I generally just give in and let me have that treat indulgence day and then toss the rest and try and get back on track the next day.

Week 12:
Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Wednesday's Weight: 200.5
Today's Weight: 200

This is a little disappointing because on Monday morning I was actually at 199.5 and I was hoping to maintain that for the weigh in.

However, I had a couple of days where I went of track and really didn't exercise much at all this week so I am planning to channel it into the motivation I need to really get into a schedule of working out this week and drop down below that 200 mark and maybe even a couple of pounds more.

Channel that disappointment into motivation for the goal, Patronus! A little motivation goes a long way!

Hey everyone! My name's Kristina I'm a frequent lurker but very infrequent poster. I've been reading this thread for a while now and seeing the success you've had as well as talking to some of my friends who have done the program has inspired me to finally join weight watchers. I lost 3 pounds my first week, and am hoping to lose about 30 pounds by the time I go back to school in August. I've been wanting to do this for a long time, and I'm finally ready to stop waiting for my life to change and actively change it. You guys are part of that, and I just wanted to let you know and thank you.

Patronus, I mean for this to be only positive. You mentioned once that you were actually eating more on WW with the points system than you were before you started the program. Perhaps you are overeating and you need to lower your point total for the day. It is possible. I've watched your weightloss really slow down over the last month and you should be losing more weight than .5 pounds per week on the program at this point. I was over-calorie-ing (sorry) on the program when I was on it. Can you talk to your counselor. Just a thought. Keep up the good work. You really are doing well and look great. Now back to my salad and the ten pounds I need to take off.

singingsweetee82, best of luck to you. Congrats on taking that first step!

Somms, I've thought of that as well. In fact, the 200 mark is where the daily point levels change. The last couple of weeks it's really been more than product of going over points and getting into some bad habits and not being as active as I had been before. I don't have a WW counselor as I am doing a loose version of the program on my own rather than actually going to the meetings.

As of this morning, I am moving down into the 22 points per day range instead of 24 and am planing specific times to exercise.

I really feel strongly that it's more an issue of me slacking off a bit than anything else.

Thanks very much for the advice though. I appreciate it.

Bleh I am still at the same weight. But when I am really stressed I eat (awful habit) and this has been a stressful week.

I am trying to get back on track though.
