Well, the air is back on. I have the ability to exercise with out putting the safety of other people in my building at risk due to my blind rage - SO...the weight loss project continues.

Week 14:
Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Weigh In Weight: 197
Today's Weight: 196.5

I had actually went back up as high as 199.5 during the lack of A/C - so this is great progress.

First? No, this is a treat, but necessitated by finances at the moment. It's a very cheap meal when I'm working during the day.

mmmm, Rath, a whopper jr. sounds sooooo good to me right now! I actually find I enjoy the salad as much as fries, but I have other evil addictions that aren't as easy to give up.

That Cookie, he is a pusher. I thought pullups were bad enough with just my body weight, but tying a weight around your waist? Goodness knows Cookie hasn't gotten to where he is without a lot of hard work.

And because of my crazy schedule for these couple of weeks, I have been skipping dance classes. I'm missing the exercise - can't believe it, but I am.
