Tonight I stopped at Modell's and bought wrist/ankle weights, for working out on days when I don't have dance. Then, I stopped for food, and - keeping in mind that I used to think eating Pirate's Booty was the epitome of healthy snacking - I looked over the Pirate's Booty with disgust, and picked up the Veggie Booty instead.
I don't know who I am anymore.

This thread is surprisingly inspirational, who knew BWW had it in 'em?
This year I've resolved to just be healthier and feel better, screw pounds and pant sizes, it hasn't worked for me in the past...
Off to my bottled water and yearly daily crunches.

I lost 26 lbs on WW three years ago. I am a Lifetime Member and I maintain my weight to this day.
WW Rocks!

Well, I'm back on day two of the post-holiday diet and doing fine so far. The fall for me was how hard I went back into the nasty habits of eating really bad things (candy bars, ice cream)...I wasn't eating as much as I used to but it doesn't take much of that.

Yay SOMMS!
I also finished day two of my post-holiday diet and am down 4 of 7 the pounds I managed to put on last week. Granted, most of it was probably water weight/bloating anyway, but it's nice to ditch the little hiccough that was Christmas ASAP so I can go back to losing weight again.

I need to get back on it again. But I am not going to look at pounds. I just need to be forced to exercise daily and use this month off to figure how the hell I can do it while eating at my college. They don;t make it easy since it is all a la carte no choice in portions and really expensive.
Any tips on how to eat healthy on this kind of a system? I find myself feeling like I shoujld eat the big pasta (when really all I wanted was half) because it cost me $6!

Hey catie, a lot of people here are on WW, some on modified forms, I myself am working the just generally eating healthier and working out angle. I don't look at pounds either, because I don't have a scale.
