It's people who use things like this as an excuse to break the law. Sadly, the right will use these few dozen people to point out how "the negro" is incapable of being civil.
This probably wasn't the case, but it could have been in response to Wal-Mart being a prominent, well known seller of guns

And we know it's not exclusive to African-Americans, either. Just look at how many people... white, black, brown, yellow... use the celebration after a sports game to commit criminal acts. So very sad.
That reminds me of how a friend said I shouldn't have too much of an opinion on the law involved in this case because I'm not a lawyer. I told him that he's not a football referee, but he has no problems having opinions about that either.

"Liza's Headband, Hendrik, and a few others on this thread mentioned and gave great insights about the quirks in the Florida judicial system and the issue of reasonable doubt. and how the prosecution blundered in key steps."
I don't think Liza'sHeadband has a grasp of the facts of the case, which I believe I was able to prove quite easily.
I am sure her subsequent posts on this thread were made during breaks in her efforts to show her "proof" that Zimmerman said he was not yelling for help prior to the shooting.
Let me know when you're ready to present your "proof", Liza's.

Lol. Even mikey has realized mikey is a fool.
There's a day of hope
May I live to see,
When our hearts are happy
And our souls are free.
Let the new day dawn,
Oh, Lord, I pray.
We'll never get to heaven
Till we reach that day.
Give the people
A day of peace.
A day of pride.
A day of justice
We have been denied.
Let the new day dawn,
Oh, Lord, I pray...
We'll never get to heaven
Till we reach that day.

Juror B37 - "heart was in the right place" - really?
This, again, shows that the prosecution team was just awful! Sophomoric lawyering!

For the last time, Mikey. The "proof" is in one of the statements taken by police and then shown to the Jury, by the Prosecution, in its closing.
I am not in the business of trying to prove anything to you. You really want to hear and see the proof for yourself, WATCH THE CLOSING ARGUMENTS and then get back to me.

Better? I don't think you could have said it half as well.

LMFAO!!
Nice try Liza's, but you fail! Posting nearly 3 hours of trial video just isn't going to cut it. How about telling me WHERE in those three hours your "proof" exists? How about quoting the exact words said? Notice, when I posted my proof which proved you wrong , I QUOTED the EXACT words from Zimmerman's recorded interview with the detective and I provided a link where it was easily found. Your only "proof" so far is that you remember the prosecutor's saying something during their long closing arguments. If Zimmerman did indeed say that he was not yelling for help on the 911 tape, it would appear in other places besides the prosecution's closing arguments.
Again, Zimmermans's EXACT words during the interview with the detective: "As soon as he punched me I fell back on the grass. He was wailing on my head. Then I started to yell for help, he grabbed my head and started hitting my head into the sidewalk."
Here is another DIFFERENT LINK from my previous link in this thread where the quote can be found a little less than halfway down the page, shortly after the video of Zimmerman.

This interview was recorded the night of the incident. Zimmerman said FROM THE BEGINNING that he was yelling for help. His story never changed.

Juror B37 interviewed - "He shouldn't have gotten out of the car"
Ya think?!?
Yea, see they already have a manager.
It makes me sick that all of these people are making money off of this.
It's interesting to me that when they began deliberating, they were split down the middle, in terms of voting guilty or not guilty.
Interesting, too, is the "Though she said she was unaware of the national attention the trial received until the trial was over". Her husband is a lawyer, so I wonder if she knew how much exposure the nation was getting of this case even before the trial.

If only young black men and boys were given the same latitude that the jurors gave the poor victim in this case, George Zimmerman. If only they got the message their whole lives that they were seen, valued and loved by our culture, instead of distrusted, surveilled, and disposable.
What I am seeing is that although Zimmerman was found not guilty of this heinous crime he still is and will remain a social pariah, Persona non grata. He's better off leaving the country and seeking refuge there.

Dear George Zimmerman,
For the rest of your life you are now going to feel what its like to be a black man in America.
You will feel people stare at you. Judging you for what you think are unfair reasons. You will lose out on getting jobs for something you feel is outside of your control. You will believe yourself to be an upstanding citizen and wonder why people choose to not see that.
People will cross the street when they see you coming. They will call you hurtful names. It will drive you so insane some days that you’ll want to scream at the top of your lungs. But you will have to wake up the next day, put on firm look and push through life.
I bet you never thought that by shooting a black male you’d end up inheriting all of his struggles.
Enjoy your ‘freedom.’
Sincerely,
A black male who could’ve been Trayvon Martin
