Emcee is right. I'm still out of it
It was before 10:37, because that's when Lexi called me.
I wish I lived in NYC and got to ride trains like you guys

Don't worry. You aren't missing out on much, trust me.
I agree. I am taking a train into NYC tomorrow (don't feel like driving and parking) and it's nothing exciting.
Wow, musical theater fans are totally alien to, like, everyone else. I was out to dinner with some friends after the choir concert, and for some reason someone's 7th grade brother was along... I'm not sure why. We ended up sitting in sort of a pool of blue light, and I instantly thought - "Cabaret! Adam!" That merited an explanation and by the time I was through, the brother was moaning, "make the voices stop!" Ouch.
Yeah, trains were fun maybe the first time I was in NY. Now they're just sort of there.
I don't mind taking the trains into Toronto, I'm assuming their pretty much the same deal. I just don't travel into the city as often as you girls do.

I hate taking the train during the holiday season. It is just total chaos and everyone just runs for the train trying to get a seat. I experienced that once this year, and I will never do that again.
I definitely took enough trains on Friday to last me a while, but I'm weird and love that stuff. And I don't know if I already said this, but thanks for the great night girls.

I always wind up next to the especially loud family with the Long Island accents next to me.
Not too many trains around here. When I first rode on the subway in London I found it very exciting, although after one or two trips it got kind of boring.
My mom takes the Metro to work every day; mass transit lost its novelty early in life.
I used to take it twice a week when I was taking summer school at U of T. Just travelling is fine, I didn't like running around Toronto with suitcases when I was coming home from school though. I just like it because travelling around Toronto has this odd calming effect on me, all my stress just disappears.
The only "train" we have in the motor city, is called the people mover and it goes in a big circle around downtown detroit, moving people, incase you couldnt guess! I often wonder what people who grew up in a big city like NY would do without mass transit.
anyway, time for some random Adam Picture sharing; I realized that these pictures are no good if I dont share them with others sooo.....
but please dont post them everywhere, I would like them to still be mine - just sharing the beauty!
Michelle
I am surprised I ever went to another show after this!
"I got an angry inch"
my favorite, although I cant remember what the hell was happening -
singing "I got an angry INCH....."
This one was take a while ago by a lady that I dont think is around anymore, but this picture should live on somewhere besides my refridgerator!
That last picture kind of looks like he's going to eat the microphone at any second.
Wow, that last picture is gorgeous. Annnnd, he really needs to return to his natural hair color.
Ha, he just may eat it! You never know!
I wanted to post the lyrics to that song I was talking about from Spring Awakening; I mean tell me if I am wrong but does this not lead your mind directlly to Adam?
-My Junk-
In the midst of this nothing. This mess of a life.
Still there's this wanting to see you go by.
It's almost like lovin'. Sad as that is.
May not be cool, but it's so where I live.
It's like i'm your lover or more like your ghost.
I spend the day wondering what you do, where you go.
I try and just kick it but what can I do.
We've all got our junk, and my junk is you.
See us, winter walking after a storm.
It's chill in the wind but it's warm in your arms.
We stumble snow blind, may not be true.
We've all got our junk, and my junk is you.
Well, you’ll have to excuse me, I know it’s so off.
I love when you do stuff that’s rude and so wrong.
I go up to my room, turn the stereo on…
Shoot up some you, and the you is some song.
I lie back just driftin' and play out these scenes
I ride on the rush of all the hopes and the dreams.
I May be neglecting the things I should do.
But we've all got our junk, and my junk is you.
See we still keep talkin' after you're gone.
You still with me then feels so good in my arms.
They say you go blind, maybe it's true.
We've all got our junk, and my junk is you.
Thanks so much for sharing those pictures, Michelle. I've only seen a handful from that gig before, I think from Alice Ripley's website. Yours are much better!
And you're totally right about that song.
Oh my GOD that last picture is gorgeous.
Adam with facial hair and a white "wifebeater", double yummy!
Your welcome - Like I said they are really not worth anything if they just sit in a photo album somewhere! The lady that took that last picture's name was Terri, she was one of the older fans, older than me! I thought that you all were talking about her at all the shows but I havent seen her since the Aida days and she didnt have any kids that I know of. Of cource she was a bit crazy! or "unstable" ! She used to go to litterlly EVERY show, she would send me pictures all the time (wich I cant seem to find at the moment) but that one was by for the best!
Those pictures are great! I wish he still did those types of shows.
If you don't mind, I'm stealing that last one to use as my desktop background.
I dont mind personal use, thats what they are for! Enjoy

See, I don't understand why we don't get that anymore. Just because he's convinced that he isn't a rockstar doesn't mean he can't remove some clothing for his fans.
Well, I think for him to do a show like that now, it would have to be 18 or 21 over type of show, and then half his audience might disappear, lol, I however would be rocking out very happily. A 37 y/o man taking off his clothing in front of 14-15 year olds could be taken in a very negative light!
