Good rant!
JL, I know exactly what you mean. The classroom next door to the one I usually am in has a child that's allergic to peanuts and whenever the snack has peanut butter (it's standard throughout the whole center) they just send the peanut butter over to our classroom. One kid can't have peanut butter, so none of them do. You can't tell a 2-year-old that she can't have this, but everyone else can. I completely stand by my b*tch assessment.
Well like Adam said, the kids are vicious, though I'm sure he's talking about emotional rather than chronological age. I don't like fighting much, so I try to stay away from threads that get contentious unless they concern something I really care about. Most of the time it just seems useless to argue, because the argument is about things that can't be "proven" one way or the other.
So in the past 24 hours, I have bid farewell to two staples of comfort in my life: Microsoft Windows, and about 8 inches of my hair. aaaaaaah.
Adam's not a funny actor. He's a funny PERSON, but not a funny actor. There's a difference. In most comedy, he'll fall flat -- he did ok in the 24 Hour Plays, but like... DRS? No way!
I def agree Em, I was agreeing that he's not right for DRS but for some idiot to come along and say he has no talent is just innappropriate.

are there any videos or pictures from the 24 hour plays? links..?
also, when is Anthony's book coming out?
Without You comes out on 2/16, I think. Check Amazon.
I did see the 24 Hour Plays! It's one of my favorite theatre memories, I think. The process is really neat, and it was truly theatre in the making.
No, it comes out on the 7th. Geez Em, get it right.
Wow that is awsome Emcee! That must have been awsome to see!
aww I so wish i could have seen them! One of my favorite concepts for theatre.
yes just double-checked on Amazon..it comes out on the 7th
Anothony is signing books at Barnes and Noble [am i correct?]...what date is it?
The 21st? I think. I'm not sure. I don't think there's anything official.

"Ulgh! Sorry really need to bitch...
BWW has pissed me off a lot this morning(err afternoon, I got up at 12:30 so consider it morning)...some things. The groupie thread where ppl are attempting to judge and criticize others they can't understand"
Since you appear to lack basic social skills, I'll lay them out for you.
1) It's a bad idea to bitch about a person in a place that they frequent (Frequent, in this sentence, means a place where they can often be found) such as this thread.
2) It's an even worse idea to do so in a place where everything is permanent, such as IN WRITING
3) on the internet
4) where anonymity will leave the individual with absolutely no qualms about slapping the bitch back for both the insult
5) and the thinly veiled anonymous label. If you thought I wouldn't know who you were talking about, you're a complete idiot- and even moreso if you didn't think at all before posting, which is what I suspect.
wickedrentq, look at where you posted this. In the Official Adam Pascal Love thread, part THRE, which I started. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who thinks that I do not care about him as a fan of an actor. There are two kinds of fans.
There are nice fans.
And there are fans that nice actors want to eat.
The latter refers to people who stake out the stagedoor, babble at the actors who kindly put on a farce of interest and generally irritate the rest of the world with their accounts of said adventures.
How do you know if you're a member of the latter?
Do the actors know your name? Do you see the show constantly? Do you post about it often and does anyone care? You may not be able to tell with regards to the last part because by definition, a groupie does not know when she is annoying- or she doesn't care, in which case she is also inconsiderate. Inconsiderate people also smack others in public places, which is what you've just done to me.
I'm a fan and you have no room to tell me that I 'don't understand'. I have very different values from those who spend countless dollars and hours chasing after one unattainable actor. I live in what I call the 'real world' where those things are limited. I've also seen friends grow up on welfare without parents or health insurance and after that, I can't justify being so very selfish in spending tons of money reliving an experience. I have memories. Read my post on the 'Groupie' thread- people who need these shows like they need heroin aren't fans, they're bored people who are unable to attain satisfaction by knowing they've witnesses something special and will be able to recall it forever.
You would do best to leave the topic alone, or at least learn to put your mouth where your brain is- in the garbage disposal.
just seached for the book thread..it is official. It is on Feb. 21st at 7. here is a link

emcee--you cut your hair 8 inches?? do you like it? (i have a thing about cutting hair haha i always get so nervous but i've always wanted to cut my hair short)
Okay. Did some back-reading.
(a) Cybele has a blog?
(b) That about the teacher isn't cool. I've been really lucky to have people who are cautious and understanding around me since I was very young -- and that's on the rise, as is awareness. People need to understand how DANGEROUS this is.
(c) Herbert is a cute name, nia! The computer will not be named Ned. As much as I like Ned.
wrq, as of yet, all I will say is what I said on the groupie thread, in a less direct manner: if you didn't want someone (ie, nia) to judge YOU and who you are as a fan, who are you to tell her she doesn't understand? No, she doesn't stand outside a stage door once a week, but that makes her no less of a fan, admirer, whatever term you might like to you. Come on.
my friend just had 10 inches hacked off for "locks of love." It was really hard for her ... she has combed and trained her hair for years and it's never in the last 20 years that i've known her been above her shoulders. she's like a new person. She said she is wasting shampoo like crazy because she's used to using a big glop and so she does that and then it takes forever to wash out of her little short flippy cut. :)

<-- cybeles blog
i once cut my hair for locks of love, but it wasnt long enough to actually donate, so i just got a hair cut and donated the money that i spent on it to locks of love. I love donating money, it makes me so happy.
Right now it's half up and I like it that way, but the front is FAR too short. I'll get used to it, and it'll grow back.
I'm bummed that Feb 21 is a Tuesday night. Ah well, maybe he'll come to Philly or Baltimore since he's going to Dallas. (fingers crossed) (and toes)
If you didn't know about the blog, does that mean you havn't seen the oh so incredibly adorable picture of Adam's kids?
