You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

I LOVE West Side Story! They need to do a remake of the movie. This show is so important in the history of American theater, and has such a powerful social message....I mean, it's not like we still don't have ethnic/racial conflict in the US, and particularly in urban areas.

When I was teaching at the U of MD, I used to show a clip from this movie as a lesson on non-verbal communication. The scene was a great example, but my students always snickered because the film looked so dated.

Dre, are you having some problems today? lol

Mimi is doing great! Someone had fed her, as the stuff I put out was moved. I put some more hay in her bucket, and gave her a few treats. She was happy to see me.

I don't think I'm going to give her much more food, or else she'll be getting fed more than she needs to.

I hope whoever went over there wasn't mad or anything. I'm glad I haven't been caught over there, it could've been bad...

Stupid friend hasn't called yet. Time to picture hunting.

ok, this is funny. i was going down the off topic board, reading yet not really reading what was there and all of a sudden I see

"Free Ferrero Rochers in Sherie's Bum"

then i realize that I was looking at two thread titles together: "Free Ferrero Rochers in the Sherie thread" and "Idina's Bum."

istn't that just typical of me?

Dre--if your "wish I saw that" was in reference to Rachel York in Kiss Me Kate, you can get the video. PBS recorded the London production, with Rachel York, Brent Barrett, Nancy Anderson and Michael Berresse. It's available on Amazon.

I saw the show in London with Brent and Marin Mazzie......one of the best nights of theater I have every experienced. Also, stage dooring was great because London theatergoers don't really do it. So there was no one there and I actually got to talk to Marin!

After a while you get used to it. After 13 years of circus I'm no longer bothered by it.
