OMG that is too funny!!!
greg...stop showing tom your butt!!! hahahahhaha thats too amazing.
Wow a few posts before this everyone was having grammar problems...
I think it's time for me to change my av, I don't like this one. What to pick, what to pick...
Hahaha, oops. Indeed new shoes.
mary i totally agree with new convo today! and new av? Greg! or DRS. lol.
Hmm... I'm waiting for the perfect picture to appear.
Bye bye Dora sunglasses!
Can't wait to see what Barb comes up with for the webcam today.. heehee...
like, what are you looking for mary?
I don't know.. hmm.. ah well. I'm sure I'll find something.
I'm going to go read, then sleep. There's not too much of the cam left anyways.
I'll catch up on the slideshow tomorrow.
Bye Dre!
night mary! (btw, Mary is my middle name! and my great-grandmother's name)
Hi Tim!
Hi guys.
Hi sweetie! Last week I get you looking like you're sucking a lemon and tonight it's dental floss!
Greg is such a great teacher. This cam should be in every school computer!
Okay, I'm re-energized. Let's see...where to start?
Okay...changes. I don't want to totally spoil things...so in terms of lines, I could tell you what was cut...I'm not sure if revealing things like the garbage can has been moved count as spoilers...maybe I'll think if a person who's seen the show once or twice would notice, if not, then I'll tell.
So some cut lines...(most of these have been changed to new stuff)...Lawrence's first encounter with Muriel, the whole plague stuff is gone, changed
~What was a woman to do, the song seemed intact(I have to listen to it to make sure), but indeed a lot of the dialogue between Freddy and Lawrence were cut...whole dentist thing gone, some of what's said after the song is said a bit in its place
~Norbert was freer w/ GBS, doing some pretty funny improvs between verses
~After Freddy does the nuggit bit, the garbage can is now upstage by the bench and Freddy sits down on the chair, funnily putting his feet up...maybe one day the pit was hit w/ the nuggit?
~As stated Norbert's no longer in the box...sad...Lawrence takes the "did I miss a scene" line
~Quite a few new stuff in Ruprecht...I think a lot of the lines are in tact but diff blocking/choreography...Freddy reacts differently to the genital cuff threat, as they're walking during the "who's the happy chappy" line Norbert kicks from left to right, and then breaks out this totally funny voice during the "makes two" and halfway through the next line...and yeah just different blocking here and there about where, I think mostly what Ruprecht is doing and some movements and stuff...very funny
~Freddy was a lot more hysterical when first "meeting Christine"
~When showing Christine the apt, new line for Lawrence after she says "gorgeous," no longer mentions a haircut
Okay..not sure if this is every single little difference, may have missed one thing here or there in remembering including Greg's shoes but you know...
Oh and the only outfit that I think could be Muriel's new one is at the museum scene...I can't think of what the outfit is supposed to be after seeing this, so someone describe it to me so I can know?
Okay today's show...well I mentioned Dennis obviously being much improved, think I said what I need to there...Norbert his wonderful self, it seems like...he's been re-energized doing more moving lately, I thought that might have been to make up for the energy he may not be able to give vocally? But yeah sounded fine like people have been saying. Maybe they caught the node very early on and now it's gone? Laura wonderful like last time...really sopranoed out that high "Legs" it was great. She makes these faces that are so her, and work well for the character. Rachel I've seen once and she was great once again, really powerful voice. Mylinda...well I think she was better than Julie, but I mean Sara was so great but also Mylinda has just taken over the role I keep that in mind. She doesn't scream She's a good dancer but the choreography for her seems a bit less/diff/less leading? than it was. I can't explain it...I know she reminded me of someone, the voice she did...like the way she talked Jolene sounded...ditzier? Hard to explain. Certainly fine, just a different I noticed. Ensemble was fantastic as usual.
Laughter during Ruprecht and Ruffhausen for Norbert and Dennis, but the best was "Son of Great Big Stuff." The bit of silence that occurs when Norbert goes she said she loves me, she said she--...right then someone sneezed rather loudly...so Norbert looks up and says "bless you." Soo funny, I was cracking up, then me and the lady next to me started clapping and there was this big applause, but Norbert got right back on. Really funny.
Grey-haired audience as Greg called them. Unfortunately, not many standing ovations and you know a bit less enthusiastic with the laughter and clapping but I mean I guess it was a Wed Matinee, there was some loud clapping, and a very full audience, hopefully those were all ticket buyers and not papered.
Okay umm..apparently near the end the cam's software was acting up? So we started on the stage, you guys know the drift Though it was kinda funny, when Greg was about to mention the Costco/Liza Minnelli lamp I thought to myself heh I've heard this a lot...but right before he was going to he turned to me and said sorry Amanda, I think you've heard this too many times, and it was just amusing that I was thinking the same thing. Yeah. Also learned something new, lotsa times not all the ensemble is dancing on stage, and those not on stage dancing sing into a mike backstage. Now I'm gonna peak in each scene to see who may not be on the stage.
And yeah the cam worked so we were happy, I took pics of the dressing room b/c I totally forgot everything about it last time...my pencil's still in his pen/pencil case(yaay, I thought w/ all the other stuff it would have gotten lost in the mix), all the dolls are in a box above his costume shelf(Pepe was the one I noticed), and I got pics w/ my digital camera which decided to work so hopefully I can share them soon.
Ooh, and no barriers at the stage door...there was like no one there when Greg came to sign and get us, maybe like 6-7 standing when we came out. Really weird.
Oh, and Steph loved the show of course, glad she got to see Norbert.
Okay that should cover it, will add a bit more if anything else comes back to me.
He could be the poster boy for the American Dental Association.
Time to woo
You know who,
Then it's into bunny foo
and toodle do....
(William Shakespeare - eat your heart out!)
amanda, Norbert seemed to be adlibbling a lot in GBS during John's last show.
and the plague thing? what? love that.
and no spitting nugget out in Lawrence's hand? or is that still in with the garbage can just moved?
no haircut line? damn.
oh and Greg told me his vacation. March 21-26. so, yeah.
No, the nuggit's(sp?) in tact, just the garbage can moved.
Eh, the new lines are fine, I prefer the haircut replacement actually, and yeah...it was a diff. kind of improving I think than when we saw it. I guess, I like both, but also the plague replacement line is good too.
WoW, Barb already has the slidesjow up. That was really fast.
For the love of all that's holy that's hysterical! Thanks Barb!
Great slideshow Barb! Always amusing to see the antics going on while you're watching the show. Hahaha can't believe he said Shere instead of Laura...tsk, tsk. Your commentary gets funnier each time.
yeah, i was just about to say that this line was hilarious:
"For the love of all that's holy, spare me... and your viewers. Besides, a pain in the tooth is worth two in the tush!!"
so funny!
awesome job! and so fast. you are goooooodddd! (and that is 'good' not 'god' though you are that too sometimes. lol)
Good show tonight. Off to work on Flash graphics.
Come back, Annie XD
Great slideshow barb, as always.
I'm going to attempt to sleep now since I have to be up at 7. But I cannot say that it will actually happen.

amanda - thanks the review...a little long so I will read the rest of it later
"i dunno, ali. well, since john's been out, she hasn't really been around as much as she used to (which is understandable)"
I am here, but as you all can read my last message I wrote two days ago, my life is not so perfect nowadays.
- I work like an idiot and I am still not registered officially
- my plans of travelling to NY are still plans because of that
- my grandmother is dying
and yesterday I had connection issues and I couldn't connected to the net.
CHEER ME UP!
Aww, I'm sorry Annie. My review won't cheer you up?
Okay, let's see...cheer up, cheer up...Third Rock from the sun DVDs, Shrek, Orange County, and umm lots of other movies. Phantom of the Opera always cheers me up for obvious reasons
Ooh! Songs! I assign songs for different situations to make me feel better. My most used is Defying Gravity--specializes in when I'm scared to do something or when I have to do something that's very difficult, keep telling myself I could do this and defy gravity. Close every door from Joseph when things just get so frustrating...you know close every door, but I'll find my own piece of mind. Astonishing when I'm doubting myself, For Now for similar situations to Close Every Door, You Can't Stop the Beat to capitalize on a good mood, Another Day to encourage myself to go out and be useful, Seasons of Love if I'm having relationship problems, Tomorrow Belongs to Me b/c Annie's tomorrow is too overused, I Am What I Am if I'm being down on myself, You'll Never Walk Alone and No Is Alone helps hard situations and I could go on but you get the point. So I'll use the song I use as a general motto for any situation:
Always Look on the Bright Side of Life
Cheer up Annie! Always look on the bright side of life...*whistles*...Always....Okay I am done. Well, I will be sure to send some white light around you. I hope your problems are resolved. You know we are dying to see you. Wiith friends like us, who could be depressed
Oh and I completed perliminary work on the flash version of NLBOnline. I was able to get a video of it to show off its hoem page, though the text that loads there does not show in the video for some odd reason. Post here or PM me with comments. I love Flash and I will have a Greg flash animation coming soon!
