I really hope they eliminate jeffery, cause he's a twat.
"I REALLY want spoilers."
LOL-that's exactly what I thought when I saw that last scene from next week's show! I want to know now!
Here is my thought. They always try to trick you when they show what is coming up the next week. Based on what we saw, I think one of two things....He is not going to be guilty of not sewing his own garments....or, he will show at Fashion Week and they will announce in the workroom that he did just before they go to be judged. Gonna watch the rerun tonight and see if I can see any difference in what they are wearing from the beginning of the teaser to the end that might give anything away. Also, the hug that Uley gives him at the end of the teaser could be a congratulatory hug. (Yes, I am addicted to this show!)
I can't WAIT until next week!
(And, from what I've seen, I love Laura's collection!)
Addy, I loved Laura's collection, too!!
Laura definitely made a point of Jeffrey's reaction being very "atypical" for him (especially in relation to the way he behaved throughout the season).
I thought it looked like Jeffrey was crying when Uli hugged him. That was probably to fool us into thinking he was eliminated.
I hate to say it but I like his collection the best.
I really love Jeffrey's collection.
I have to admit I liked it too. Along with Laura's. Michaels was a disappointment. But The three of them were still working on their collections, so who knows what we may see next week?
Did anyone just see Heidi on Jay Leno? I happened upon it. She was talking about the Laura/Jeffrey thing and I thought she sounded a tad bit to be on Jeffrey's side.
Ooh, I missed that.
I really do hope Jeffrey is innocent.
yeah, she said the designers are all jealous of each other at this point.

I agree. I thought it was Alison he was hugging, though, not Uli. SInce they were allowed to have a contestant help them last season, I just assumed that's what they'd do this time around, and figured Jeff picked Alison since they're friends. Could've been Uli, though. And Jeff was totally crying, but those tears may have been tears of relief.
Why would they let him show at Bryant Park if he was eliminated? And make the rounds of the talk shows? Plus, on The View, Jeffrey said he was friendly with Laura and watched the reunion show at her apartment with some other contestants. If he was kicked off I doubt that would be the case.
I'm sure he's not eliminated. They like to edit the show to cause just what we're doing!

True!
I adore Michael, but I'm sad to say his collection was my least favorite. Can't wait til we see them on the runway!

I noticed that Michael has an awful lot of those plunging necklines which come up high behind the neck with a collar. And lots of short stuff. It's not a look that I care for at all, but he does make a statement.
I agree. I thought it was Alison he was hugging, though, not Uli.
Just watched the replay; definitely was Uli.

Her hair clip gives her away.
i really don't think they could prove that others did Jeffrey's work even if it were true... especially in the short time frame that they had to investigate... BUT, I think Laura is such an a-hole for bringing this up... can't she lose with some dignity? She clearly was just jealous because Jeffrey brought a complete and gorgeous line that was different from his own style on the show but did not do away with the style completely... something Laura clearly could not accomplish...
can't stnad Jeffrey, at all, but honestly I think Laura is just harping at this point. I mean, she's definitelly jealous of what Jeff managed to accomplish.
I'm really sad about Michael's collection. It was like, his work was impeccable nearly all season and then this disaster of a collection--I think he just was in a different mindframe, being back home and all, when he was designing and making it. I wish they kept them in New York to do their collections!

It's such a hard point to prove. I don't like Jeffrey as a person, but I do like some of his work, especially his new collection.
I really really like Michael. I wish he would do more of a sportswear collection. Those white pants he did previously were awesome.
I DO like Jeffrey as a person, and I used to loathe him. I think that the editing has been a lot more favorable to him the last four or five episodes, and in the (albeit rare) instances when he shows humility, I really want him to win. The fact that he's the most innovative of the designers left doesn't hurt, though. I'm going to be disappointed if he ends up disqualified... his final line is gorgeous and cohesive and mainstream-but-edgy - everything it should be. And I think that he could have done it all himself, which makes him a moron if he did have outside help.

Am I the only one who caught the story before this episode aired, about Jeffrey cheating?
I got it on AOL.com, and it talks about how during the mother challenge, Laura and Jeffrey's mothers became good friends, and that's where Laura got more of her information from... Supposedly, Jeffrey's mother spilled the beans. Who knows if it's true, I know for the show they probably won't find him guilty because though I do despise him and hope he get's kicked off, his line is pretty good.
My vote goes to Uli or Michael.

Yeah, the story about the cheating allegations leaked before. To clarify what you've said, I believe that Jeffrey's mother didn't "spill the beans" about him cheating (if he did), she just mentioned to Laura's mother that when Tim came to visit he said that Jeff had a lot of work left to do in the final two weeks. Laura got wind of this, and that was part of the basis for her accusation.
It'll be interesting to see whether she has a case. I felt like a lot of it was bitterness on her part -- "oh, he didn't have to make adjustments for any of his models because he used full skirts!" THAT couldn't have been cheating that I can think of, that's just good planning.
I agree on the good planning strategy. That's exactly what went through my head at the time. The way Jeffrey reacted (on camera) to laura's accusation worried me a little though. I didn't totally buy it.
It was also interesting to see the look on Jeffrey's face when Tim was praising Laura's line. I think they're both jealous of each other. I'm not a Laura fan, so I'm routing for Jeffrey.
While I adore Michael...he's adorable, sweet, talented "Mr Brace Face" (sooo cute)...I hated what I saw of his collection. I actually liked the white dress in its early stages, but then he went all Kayne and added sparkles everywhere! Ugh, Michael...take Tim's advice to heart.
I loved Laura's collection. So classy and sexy. And her kids were so cute, especially giving Tim the turtle poop.
Uli's was lovely and edgy. I think Uli's a great designer, just not a particularly exciting one.
And Jeffrey. HATE HATE HATE the man, adored his collection. I want the green dress. Gorgeous.
*editing to say that OK, HATE is a strong word. I don't know the man, but I think he's arrogant and rude.
