No, Kayne's Miss USA is still Miss USA until February. Miss NY and Miss CA on the Amazing Race are from last year's Miss America Pageant. Miss NY is a Rockette.

Jane2 - It is alleged that Jeffrey hired out sewers for his final collection. They show us some of the allegations (by Laura) in next week's previews. The article cheezedoodle posted on page 55 of this thread has lots more detail!
Plus in the clips they showed for next week's episode, is that Jeffrey's line was completely finished, no extra buttons to sew on, hems, etc. Whereas in prior seasons and from what I saw, Laura and Michael were still working on their lines in the workroom. I'll be interested to see how this all plays out, but in the end, it could be much ado about nothing.
thanks peach and Dottie. Well, I'm surprised if he did hire out sewers. Especially after Keith has been eliminated for breaking the rules.
Jane2, I love the new avatar. It's beautiful.

Well - here could be the catch. It was during the creation of their individual runway shows that this occured aparently. The rules are slightly different I believe - and in season one, I believe Jay (who won) said he hired his sisters at some point to crochet some of his garments. And don't forget the ugly shoe incident that KaraSaun created also. She was penalized because of the "gifted" nature of the shoes and had to either pay market price, or lose points. Being market price was out of her budget - she lost points. Unless these rules have changed - Jefferey may have an out.
Just listened to Tim's podcast about the reunion episode. What a hoot!

Thanks Dottie-enhanced autumn leaves!
Cheeze-you may have a point there. Can't wait to see the four collections. Is that going to be next week?

I think they break it into two episodes for drama sake. Next week is Tim Gunn visiting the designers and getting a tour of their lives off the runway as they build the collection, then the following week should be the runway and results.
Also - the four will be on The View TODAY - I thought it was yesterday - but was incorrect, as usual! lol
Were they on The View today? The View's website says tomorrow.

Yesterday's episode said that today's guests were Queen Latifah and the project runway four. Their website is not always correct - I know when I went to a taping the website said the guest was Kelsey Grammer and Fran Drescher was there instead - so today, tomorrow. Thank god for tivo! Also - they film two episodes on Thursday's - maybe they got it confused when they entered the web info.
Bradly is my hero.
Bradley is adorable. I love that puppy dog boy. And after that haircut- "HELLO GORGEOUS"!!!! I think it was crap to rake up all that unpleasant stuff for the reunion show. I mean these are real people, not characters on a sitcom. It is revictimizing and mean to make someone watch their mom get trashed over and over and just reopen a wound with no intention of resolution. Also, bringing Keith on just to humiliate him was crappy IMO.
Nina was Nina telling Angela basically, " I just hated your outfit regardless of the story."
I think Kayne had a point about so many people loving his dress and then asking about the color. Koors just brushed it off. Ugh!
I don't like when they gang up on people either. I also think Vincent is as crazy as a s@#t-house rat, but I didn't like everyone ganging up on him.
Heidi was a diva, as usual, but I love her.
Tim is adorable.
I still want to marry Kayne, but I would be open to marrying Bradley as well at this point. :)
I'm already married to Kayne!
Cheating bitch, I knew it.
*back to the refrigerator*
Ok, Jane2, then he's yours. I'll take Bradley. Maybe we can arrange some husband swapping though.

Well, The View bumped the four so Rosie could do her tribute to Streisand. Love for a diva from a beavah! lol. Tomorrow then...
It is Friday and here in Denver, the finalists are on The View this morning just like the schedule on their website said. Rosie sat down and said "Good morning, it is Friday October 6th". Then she winked at the camera. So this must have been taped yesterday.
So the four finalists came out, showed a design that won them a challenge. The "scandal" over Jeffrey was brought up and Michael Kors breezed over it. They made some references to the reunion show and They asked Laura and Jeffrey if they get along and Laura said she had no problem with him and he said they were all at her place watching the finale. So everyone was acting as if they had no clue who won the competition, of course. I think it would be cool if they surprise us and do the announcement live this year.
uncaged, I think I read somewhere (can't remember where) is that the winner already knows who he/she is.
There's a nice article about Tim Gunn in today's Washington Post.

why do they have to do the finale in two parts? did they separate it into two weeks the other seasons? i feel like they are going to lose so much steam if all the publicity is NOW but the finale is half a month away...
The first part of the finale is Tim Gunn paying a visit to each of the finalists in their respective home towns as they're working on their line for Fashion Week.
The second part is immediately prior to and the actual runway show itself. It's the way they've done all the Project Runway final episodes.
They couldn't fit both segments into an hour.
i mean didn't they used to have both episodes on the same night? or am i mistaken...
I think you might be mistaken.
Okay, not gonna lie, I REALLY want spoilers. Can anyone PM me?
