Do you have any pictures
Did you guys buy your Lupone tickets already?
I did. Yaaaaay.
Anyone see COMPANY tonight? How was it?
I am supposed to go to the matinee tomorrow but not sure I can make it. So my last chance will be the closing.
This is making me feel very bereft.
Is the last performance at 3 pm or later, like Sweeney was?
3.
It'd better be!

lol siren. I really hope that you make it in time, and can make the post-finale drinking party if there is one
I want to hear about how the rush was today, lol. It seems the shows are really "on" lately. They are in the final countdown now. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that we get the front row tomorrow because this is prb my last chance to see the show before the 1st!
My God, I'm going to miss it so, so much. I keep trying to knock into my brain that in two very short weeks, I'll never be able to see it again.
Unless they do tape it for PBS, em! Then you can watch it over and over and over and over...
Which will be wonderful for memory's sake, but it'll never be the same. I tend to equate my affair with this show with like, falling in love for the first time, or something. Its hard to let that go!
I'm waiting to see Em with a huge Company tattoo soon!

I wonder, if they do the PBS tape, how it will turn out. It seems like so much of this production feeds off the audience's energy. If it was just taped on its own I wonder if the tone would change. I hope they do it if only for those who didnt get a chance to see the show
It's so incredible how you can go from a show like this, and all the emotion surrounding it, to another show and feel absolutely nothing at all.
I think we're all lucky that I'm afraid of needles!
They'd tape a live performance, so there would be an audience.

oh, they would? Well thats good. I thought someone said they might not do that, but I think its def better that way. I really want to know if this is happening, and which performance they will tape
I think I'm going to go back next week. *sigh* My poor bank account...
i shudder to think at the amount of money (that i don't have) that i would spend to attend a PBS taping of this show if in fact it happens.
yikes.

hehe, I thought the same thing. I would so do it though, thank God for credit cards. I told the woman I work for that I needed the 1st off because "something came up." It's not a total lie
I'd love to extend my trip to see the final show... we'll see. If I do, I'll be living off carrot sticks for the rest of summer.

Please, you know its bad when I'm too broke to buy organic! lol
Today was amazing.
I have been trying to convince myself not to go to the closing, (because I am expected to pay $80 for a Rent ticket), but I think I'm gonna go anyway.
The matinee audience was superb! And if that was the BWW contingent in the first row that started the standing ovation, thanks! I like it much better when the entire cast gets the standup, not just Raul. (Although he deserved it today - lots of Bobby smiles in his performance this afternoon.)
I am amazed as always that the tone and pacing and undertones of this show can change so much from one performance to another. If I could only figure some way to go again before I go on closing night!

It was the girl sitting next to me, and then I followed her. (If you saw a little blonde, that was me!) The matinee audience was great, it was really nice to see.
Dancing! I did see you. You could not have gotten any closer to Raul without being part of the cast. Did you stage door too? I saw lots of pictures being taken - it seemed like everyone had either a camera or a phone.
Haha, yeah. That was a pretty nice seat. I did stagedoor after. It was kind of a mob scene.
Really? After a matinee? heh.
WEll it was a mob scene until Raul left, then it calmed down a little.
