That's from the Wedding Signer opening night (broadway.com), Mano with Sara Schmidt, who was also an understudy in BKLYN (although I really can't say I was impressed with her, at all. eh...)

Wheeeee! I love Mano. I love Sweeney. Love love love love.
So..Mano didn't wear a hat of any kind, for those who might be curious.
He was really sweet. I complimented his performance and he gladly signed my playbill and took a picture. Just as he was walking away I managed to blurt out, "I'm really excited about your Joe's Pub gig." So, he came back and we chatted for a few more minutes. He walked away, finished signing and went back inside. THEN he came back out, walked directly to me, shook my hand and asked my name as if he was genuinely curious. I think he said something like "See you on Sunday. Be sure to say hi afterwards" before leaving for real. (!)
I know this is probably completely unexciting to everyone who has already met him multiple times, but I'm thrilled. 
The show itself has changed SO much since previews, for the better. As Ben Mangusen said, "It's a completely different experience." I enjoyed even more, especially since I didn't have to worry about following the plot. (Chica, I missed Donna giving Mano the pill. I even looked for it.) I did catch on to a lot of other details that I had missed or had been added.
It was just such an amazing night.
