Oh, with Mano in Sunday and Raul in Company, my life would be pretty much complete. I can't see those both happening, but I would pretty much have to immediately move to New York to be able to see those shows all the time.
I'm packing for Cincinnati... so excited. I'm sure people are getting annoyed with me!

True Fantab.
I hope that you have a great time, Ashley!
C'est vrai! J'apprend a parler tres vite comme vous.
I hope I didn't screw that up. My Honors French teacher would murder me.

Nous adorons Mano, et il parle francais!
Combien coute la glace?
...
If I actually think I about it, I do know more French than that...but that's all I'm coming up with right now.
Il parle francais?
Quelle suprise!
Je pense que les hommes qui parlent francais sont tres sexy.

I'm in...wow, my fourth year of French already! And I'm in Honors. It's funny how it's my easiest class. My teacher is very generous with grading.
I understand what you guys are saying, but I don't want to reply in french. Mano speaking any language is very sexy.
Oui! Il peut parler le francais et le portuguese et un peu, l'espagnol.

BroadwayChica - I think you're correct. We haven't learned how to use imparfait in that way yet, but it sounds logical.
I'll have to ask my French teacher tomorrow.

I speak zero French.
Same here. I took five years of Latin in high school (oh-so-practical) and one semester of Italian in college.
Last week, our French pen-pals from a school in Paris (they take English and are basically at the same level as we are in French) came to our school. They stayed at French students' houses and we played games in class with them. The language and cultural barrier, however, made communication difficult. But I was told that my French was pretty good, so...yay, I guess. Heh.
Chica, did he learn Spanish formally, like in school, or he just kind of picked it up?
