I love that they mentioned Angela playing Elvis' mother. She played his mother in BLUE HAWAII (1961). It was the very first film I ever saw her in...LOL.
A true legend. It kinda broke my heart when she said she felt she was undeserving of the award. She so deserves it...and so much more. She's MAGNIFICENT.

Sing, Darlene Love! And, yes, Kate Hudson looked lovely and glamorous. Karen O, as well. I remember seeing the Yeah Yeah Yeah's in a tiny club in San Diego years ago. Very happy for her.
It's too bad they can't take a minute to have the honorary Oscar recipients stand on stage and receive some applause at the actual awards, but they do have time for 3 minute montages of Braveheart and Shrek. ::insert eyeroll emoticon::

Apparently Ronan Farrow took to Twitter to say that "Half the people being cruel toKim Novak are 10 years away from being Kim Novak:.
Um, no.
...and I'm not sure most of our cries were 'being cruel'.

Posted: 3/2/14 at 10:00pmI'm surprised to find myself rooting for U2 all of a sudden. I actually quite liked that song and Bono managed not to be too much of a... Bono.

Posted: 3/2/14 at 10:05pmWait. I have been hating these bits where Ellen is just kind of wandering the aisles... until now. That "selfie" had Streep, Spacey, Cooper, Roberts, Pitt, etc., all together. I don't know why but I love it.

Uhhh... Jane2? Seriously? I think you need to, as Ms. Missy Elliott said, flip that and reverse it.
Also, loving Liza's blue streak in her hair.
