Posted: 5/22/08 at 9:57pmI absolutely agree about wanting to see him in an old-school revival. Please, god, let the man do something with some joy in it. I still think he'd made a spectacular Sky Masterson, since Sky is a bit of a darker character.
Now, mother always said that whenever you hear a strange, frightening, and potentially life-threatening ghostly chant coming from the dark woods that there's one thing that you should do: Not wake the others and go investigate it alone...

There's a short video interview on the Tony website.
Go to www.tonyawards.com, and in the options under the "spotlight" screen at the top, click until you get to "meet the nominees." Then just hit the play button that appears in the middle of the image. He's the last one on the video. He imitates the audience, which is always a good laugh.

Great photos! (Presumably they were taken on the day of their respective Actors Fund performances?)
He's looking very....Lenny-ish in the Homecoming shot. Everybody looks so happy! (except for Lenny ). And why is Gareth wearing a shirt that says "1957" on it? He's not that old!
Company photo - he's wearing what looks like...house slippers?? (and doesn't Kelly Jeanne just sort of....glow? )
