We were trying to figure that out last night.
I think the doll was in the house that Hoyt and Jessica moved into. They said something about having thrown it away, but it kept showing up again. Why that made it seem like a good idea to give to your friend's kid I have no idea.

I think she just said the to get Arlene to take it. It was laying in the floor of the house when Hoyt showed it to her the first time.

Arlene's not meant to have the doll, though; Jessica and Hoyt were (assuming it was placed or left in the house on purpose). So I don't think it's someone just effing with Arlene.

I think Jessica said that BECAUSE she wanted to get rid of it. She couldn't very well say "We found it in the house and it keeps coming back when we try to throw it away."

What did Jason see in any of the girls he laid?
He certainly has no great record in the hot girl department. The Preachers wife was properly the prettiest he had - everybody else was more or less 'quirky' looking, with that Crystal Meth girl being just plain fugly (nothing agaisnt the actress but the character is just foul).

I really wish Alan Ball (through the show and through his own mouth) would stop implying that Jason deserved what happened in Hotshot because of his previous promiscuity. It's most vexing.
The awful Jason stuff aside, I loved just about everything else from last night. Pam's face! Gran's voice! Tara outing Eric to himself! Lettie Mae! Lettie Mae!

I totally missed that. Did that happen toward the end?
I have got to time my Ambien just right or I won't remember the last 10 or 15 minutes. I try to time it so that I am ready to go to sleep at the end of the show or whatever show I am watching in bed. I totally didn't remember that Pam was cursed by Marnie in last weeks episode. I don't fall asleep before the show is over but I completely forget the final details.
