'nuff said.
I asked one of my attorneys at work about the citizenship issue. Apparently, no matter how long you're married to someone, if you haven't done the paperwork, deportation for you!
I had no idea!
Well damn! I want Juicy to get butt-f*cked in a US prison, not sent back to Italy to make pizza.
I wouldn't wish that on Jeffrey Dahmer's dead d*ck.

Hey, if we can get rid of him then I'm all for it. Don't let him drain the tax payer dollars anymore than necessary.
The children are innocents. They are products of their upbringing.
Does this mean that Joe Gorga is gonna stop shrieking about his fawthah?

I can't believe I'm replying to this, but:
A citizen can sponsor their alien spouse for a green card. If they have a bona fide marriage not made to circumvent immigration laws (which I'm guessing is the case here) and the marriage is over 2 years old at the time of the application (which, again, I'm guessing is the case here), said spouse can get a 10-year green card, renewable indefinitely.
Of course, there are other ways to get green cards, or even to legally stay in the country for a long time without one. And even if you do have a green card, that can be revoked and you can be deported if you commit serious enough (or just enough) crimes. Unless you get a waiver of deportability grounds or ICE just uses prosecutorial discretion to decide not to go after you, but that's a whole other thing.
I hope they fry-especially her. If she gets out of this due to her celebrity, I'll be so pissed.
Honestly, I think Joe Gorga has some dirty dealings too. All those "construction" businesses seem to be fronts.
There's actually a lot of "tea" about all of the men on the show. Especially Al Manzo. They cast some pretty shady North Jersey families.
I just wonder what will happen to the show's future. Will they Invite Teresa back for season 6? Will there be a backlash? If they fire Teresa, they need to get rid of the rest because the other women have absolutely NO storyline without her.
I almost wouldn't mind a completely new cast, but Bravo has been laying low with mass firings after the RHONY fiasco.
Why is her wig pulled so far forward?
It's not a baseball cap!
Sadly, that's her natural hairline. Her daughters got it also.

It's the "ethnic" hairline that some older stars (such as Rita Hayworth) went through some very painful procedures to get rid of.
I said it before, but I would imagine if it does look like the trial is going badly for them they may try to arrange some sort of plea bargain that would keep Teresa out of prison and lay all the responsibility on Joe (unless he turns on her, which I could also see happening).

AEA - I guess the same. I do not think Joe would be deported in lieu of prosecution, does not make any sense.
