They were charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with these two personally in the past. They're both despicable, far worse than they've ever been presented on television. The level of their alleged transgressions is breathtaking. Manufacturing W2s and dummy pay stubs? Hiding entire businesses? Not too smart to be falsifying claims of bankruptcy while on national TV.
They're not good people, and I can't say I'll shed a tear if they go down hard.

I really doubt that if he's not a natural born citizen he has not attained citizenship by this point in his life. If anything the length of his marriage to Teresa would have granted him his citizenship by now.
What I could see is them eventually accepting a plea deal with him taking the brunt of the charges in order to keep Teresa out of prison and able to raise the kids, though I could see him turning on her as well.

What they allegedly did is horrible, but I don't agree with gleefully hoping she goes to jail when she has four innocent little girls at home. She's always seemed like an extremely loving mother.
If both parents must do time, i'd imagine the girls would go with either set of grandparents. Or possible Joe Giudice's brother (and sister-in-law) who have a few daughters of their own.
