And on Interference's news for today, apparently Sharon Stone accidentally left Bill Clinton and Bono's phone numbers at her old London apartment after moving out a few days ago post-bombings, and they were found by cleaning staff. Dammit, why am I not a British maintenance worker??

(And on a more important note, Bono's friends with Sharon Stone? Oh, Bono, Bono, Bono, BONO!)

Well, if MacPhisto doesn't look like a cowboy, I don't know WHO does. But even if I give that one to you (which I won't), what about when you said 'The Sweetest Thing' was your favorite song on the Best Of 80-90 CD, and then said it was what made The Unforgettable Fire great for you?

What's your favorite U2 album cover? (And cover of a song?) Album Cover is definitely “All That You Can’t Leave Behind.” Cover of a song is without a doubt “Dancing Barefoot.”

What's your favorite song from HTDAAB? “Original of the Species” “I'll give you everything you want Except the thing that you want” - GREAT lyric.

What's your favorite song from 1980s? “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” – “Who’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses” is a close 2nd.

What's your favorite song from 1990s? “Mysterious Ways” – “One” is a close runner up.

Pineapples - yay or nay? Love pineapples. Nothing sets the day off right better than a glass of pineapple juice.

Best and worst eras for hair/attire: In general or for U2? For U2, I say the best is now. The worst was the 80s. In general, I’d say now is the best because it’s “normal” and the worst was easiest the 80s.

What's your favorite U2 video? Probably “Elevation”

How do we feel about Electrical Storm in general? Yay or Nay? Yay! I actually really like it. It isn’t the best U2 in the world, but it’s better than 95% of the crap out there nowadays.

Good responses, Patronus. I forget how much I like Original Of The Species until I hear it again. (Same with Wild Horses, which is a '90s song. That was a deliberate mistake, right? ) I wish they had released OoTS or LAPOE has their new single, instead of City Of Blinding Lights, which I find to be a bit inferior.



You know, after looking at some older photos of the boys, they all look much better with age, don't they? (Except for Larry, who hasn't changed at all.) Especially Adam looks better with the silver hair, me thinks.

See, didn't I TELL you Mabel's a crazy one? I'm giving Patronus the benefit of the doubt here - he listed two Achtung Baby songs as his favorites of the '90s (so did I!!!)...surely he's familiar with the CD enough to know in his heart of hearts that Wild Horses is also a '90s song.
