And Ellie's not going! ^^ Vancouver chart. So I've got section 315 or 325. What do you think? Oh, and for good measure, because I hate Ellie: Now hmmm...where do I stand ? By Bono's crotch? His ass? His side? The Edge? The B stage? The main stage? The run? Oh, decisions! Decisions!

I personally would go with section 315, because I like the front-on view. But it's really up to you. And yes, Tiff, go find that post of Ms. Ellie's! I wanna hear what she had to say.

Tiff's had too much crack today, Elphie. It's probably best to ignore her until she goes away. Tiff is a simpleton. I know it. You know it. We all know it.

You're darn tootin' lucky this was the only post I could find on the Bitches thread - From La Eleanor: Yay for getting our privates impaled! Posted On:2/3/05 at 10:56:50 PM Green Day are the best, Tiff. U2 are so passe. We all know it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To cut straight to the point, #1, Ellie said on one of the threads that Billy Armstrong is better...better...better than....Bono!!!! *doesn't know whether to laugh or cry, which makes for a very awkward facial expression*

Hmmmmm...tough call, I must say!!! I personally would probably say the ones closer to the main stage (even though their row but that's just me. That's usually around where I end up, and it's fairly decent. I'm sure it'd be decent either way, especially since they're supposed to have the B-Stage, so you'd have at least a few songs w/ them close-ish. Dunno which I'd go w/, I must say.

I'm absolutely torn!! What were the equivalent sections that you were choosing between? Which one did you go for? See, I figure 315 will have a great view of the B stage but if they only play their acoustic set on tehre, it won't be used very much, where as 325 will get a good view of the run. I wonder if there will be screens blocking th esides of the stage?

Hey Tiff...Still no miraculous vision of how one pair of tix might indeed be better than the other. There are certainly pros and cons to each. The section closer to the stage is actually kind of parallel to the stage almost, and if they do indeed have big projection screens (which I've heard they will) I'm not sure how that will affect the view. But then, the other pair are awfully far back in the arena. I actually never had two pairs to choose from. I got section 310 at the Fleet and took it right away. I tried again for better seats for the other two Boston shows, but nothing came up. I'm happy w/ what I've got. They were $50 each, they're centered, we'll be bound to have at least 3 or 4 songs on the B Stage that'll be sort of close, and there'll likely be big ass screens to see what's going on for the rest of the show. I'm honestly not sure what I'd do if I had to pick. Oh, and Elphie, I'm so jealous of your Bono encounter! That's more than most people get, even if you didn't muster up the nerve to have a real conversation w/ him. Hell, at least you got a smile and a flashed peace sign! Off to bed. I just did a **** load of dishes and there's nothing on TV. Blech!

Tiff, I'm sure either pair of seats will be great, both have their pros and cons so its hard to tell which would be better! I'd still go for 315, though. Thanks mabel, I guess it is something that I saw him. Ellie, I am shocked, shocked and appalled. And you call yourself a U2 fan. tsk tsk.

Good morning ladies! You know, #1 and Ellie (who, it has been demonstrated, doesn't deserve to go), I think you should wait till March or April and try buying tickets off eBay or interference - once the hype has died down and people realize they can't make the dates anymore or don't really care about getting a high price (ie the scalpers), tickets will likely be selling for cheaper. And I just read your blog, #1!! That's so awesome! I still can't choose between 315 and 325. I wish GM had one of those Fleet functions where you can check the view from each one. I suppose the problem with 325 is if the view is obstructed on the stage, then I'll only get to see him on the run, and he's only going to be walking down the run, and I won't have a very good view of him at the B-stage.

Folks, I am now the proud owner of ONE TICKET TO SEE U2 AT MSG!!! I started talking to someone at u2tours.com, and he just told me that he now has an extra ticket that he's willing to sell me at face value. It's in the 400 section behind the stage, so its basically the worst possible view, but I don't care at all right now. I'm just so excited that I can be there. So thanks to everyone (esp. Mabel for directing me there) for your help and ecouragement! And whoever is still looking for tickets, keep looking because they are out there! Yay!

YAY!! That's so awesome #1! Who cares about the section, at least you'll be there, right? (And there should be some gaps between the screens so you'll be able to see something , at the very least the run and the B-stage!) Awesome!

Yeah, right now I'm just happy that I'll be in the same building as them! Tiff, I LOVE your avatar, he's so gorgeous in that pic. And he's gorgeous in the video for SYCMIOYO, too. I've watched it so many times already.

YAY!!! Hooray for tix!!! See Ellie and MadeofGold! Keep looking! And I've heard that they might have a rotating stage, so maybe behind the stage won't be so bad after all?!?!? My mom was telling me that she saw The Doors from behind the stage back in the day and had a great time (though they didn't have big ass projection screens and stuff that might block the view)...and someone who was standing near me for the Brooklyn concert sat behind the stage for the Elevation tour and said it was still a blast! You'll have a great time!!!

I'm actually totally psyched because my friend has hinted that he's gotten me some tickets! YAY!!!! Will keep you informed. If not, I'll be calling my ticket broker and offering up unborn children and kidney bits!
